From the beginning, she impressed us with her level of preparedness and professionalism. At our first meeting, she already had been looking at the value of the home we wanted to sell and had outlined a marketing plan. She was also quick to respond when we had questions and stayed in constant communication with us regarding feedback from showings and other events during the process. She helped talk us through every step of the way as we received an offer and went through negotiations. From the inspection, some concerns were noted. We contacted her to discuss it and she had already lined up the appropriate professionals to verify the concerns and prepare quotes to help us in our response to the buyers. Negotiations were smooth with no major issues arising. We had already narrowed down the general area in which we were interested in living. She provided additional information based on her knowledge of the area which enabled us to further narrow our search. We quickly found a property and she was on top of the negotiations. She has a team of venders available that was helpful as the inspection identified hail damage to the roof. Her roofer was able to provide verification and helped in working with the sellers to get the issue addressed by their insurance prior to closing. We highly recommend her for her knowledge, communication skills, and for staying on top of things every step of the way throughout the process.

I asked what his availability is and this while we'll he can only see me and my clients at (I'm quoting) 3pm sharp today. Other than that next Friday! I mean come on! He also said it is inappropriate to view homes without him telling me he would make sure all homes are locked so that we could not view them in our own time. I asked him if he was the only sales person on site and he said yes. I have never shown an lgi community where they're was only one person on site! What a liar! To LGI management: you do not need liars and rude personnel! Your product is great, so please hire good staff to sell it.

I was working with Ben Woodlee for buying investment property at Anna TX. At the time of signing…read moreand later he keep on telling that LGI Homes will pay certain number of incentives. House has some great grading/drainage issue which even City of Anna raised objections. This information, LGI wanted to hide from me. He moved the closing twice by more than 45 days. There were other serious issues but Mr. Ben Woodlee just want me take the possessions. All of a sudden one fine day stated that I need to close in next 48 hours otherwise LGI will cancel the contract. LGI doesn't want to take care of the issues found us by us and instead want to rush for the closing. Moreover, when talking about incentives, Mr. Ben has a totally different version about it and denying it outrightly. Typical switch and bait sales practice and no customer service. Wanted to talk to his supervisor but no response. Tried calling the corporate - their front desk has generic mailbox. These were the items that LGIHomes will be paying for the cash deal that I am having: Insurance for the year HOA for the year Property Taxes for the year All the title costs to be paid. But as per title/escrow that's not the case.
