I provided all receipts for professional cleaning as required by the lease but I was deduct over $1,350 dollars of bogus deductions. the one deduction I agreed to was paint in the laundry room. Somehow I missed it and admit to the fault, but even she stated it was normal wear and tare, I shouldn't be deducted for it. Yet I was, and I wont fight that part. Gavin helped my younger brother buy their first home in 2015. Currently I am working with Dave to sell my current home and move my recently expanded family into a new home. Here is an example of how responsive Dave is, a house came on the market Friday at 7pm, I sent him an email at 8pm he had a showing set up for us by 9pm. We saw the house at 11am on Saturday and he had the offer submitted for us by 3pm that same day. He then proceed to be our advocate for the rest of the weekend ( we were competing with 8 other offers). He was in constant communication all weekend, this guy does not take anytime off! While we lost the offer he still kept us grounded when I thought offering more would win the house- point blank he said you would be over paying and I strongly discourage it, putting aside his own interests.
