A bartender told me they don't have a special drink, it's basically any drink you want with more booze in it...was very tempted to get and old fashioned in a fish bowl lol. They serve food here too. So there's nothing particularly outstanding about this place... just a small-town shot-and-a-beer watering hole. Cheap prices, friendly bar staff, friendly clientele (all two of them). The major drawback is the only food they offer is microwave items, the kind of stuff you'd have to be desperately drunk to even consider. It's no wonder whenever I'm in town, the one bar in town with a full menu (the bowling alley across the street) is the one that always has at least a few people there. The other downtown bars I've bopped into (including this one) are either nearly or actually empty other than the bartender. Maybe I'll have to check out the bar scene on a Saturday night instead.
