Dude - I have NEVER paid this amount ever for brakes and tires. I almost cried. They also told me that my shocks, that another dealer said I needed to get done, were absolutely FINE! That other place was gonna charge me like almost $3k!!! Anywho, dropped off the car at 7:30am and they were done shortly after 1pm. With the amount of work already lined up - I was shocked. I thought for sure it would be done the next day. Lastly, I got there at like 7:10am to wait and there was already a line but their procedures for this (which apparently they're used to) were so organized snd efficient and got everyone checked in and out the door in less than like 15 minutes. I've never seen that. They also clapped for us as we entered. That really caught me off guard, but I thought it was kinda cool and cute. Who does like an applause?? lol I am blown away right now. I'm officially a lifetime customer. Wish I'd have been going to them from the start!

Went in and was told I needed to come back the next day as they needed to order more parts but still put my tires on without an alignment. A little over $1600 and two whole days wasted. Yesterday I was driving home from work when one of my brand new $173 tire blew. I took it back to the shop being as it hadn't even been 30 days. I got told that bad things happen and that there was no warranty for the tires I got. If I wanted a new one I would have to buy yet another tire. Years of business down the drain but with the new management the whole company has gone under. Wouldn't even recommend this 'repair' shop to my worst enemy

I approached the employee to inquire about the purchase, this is when my invisibility superpowers kicked in, the employee never looked up, he simply continued eating his McDonalds Chicken biscuit and kept swiping through his phone. Apparently the chicken biscuit was so crunchy he could not hear me saying "Excuse me sir" along with several "hello are you here?" all while standing approximately 2 to 3 feet away for several minutes while he sat there just chomping and swiping away in LaLaland.
