Being from out of town I had no idea where to tow it. Got on Yelp, called Davidson Towing and he answered right away, told me not to worry he'd be there in 20-30 mins. He arrived as promised, got my car on the flatbed and took it back to his shop to be kept overnight. He has a calm and reassuring demeanor which was much appreciated. He took at look at the obvious culprits for my car breaking down and wasn't able to spot anything so he worked the next day to find a solution but wasn't able to. Their dispatcher has been nasty and rude over the phone, and has promised the owner would contact me repeatedly, yet he STILL hasn't. March 12- Vehicle towed. Side skirt on passenger side securely attached prior to the tow, and missing upon arrival as evident by the photos provided by Holy City Towing. March 19th- Email sent to Holy City Towing including photo evidence and request to talk to them about how to recoup these damages. March 20th- friendly phone call to make sure my email was received. Dispatcher informed me that the owner was not going to be in the office until Monday. March 23rd-called Holy City Towing at ~1:30pm asking for the status. Dispatcher said "He's on a call right now, then taking his kids to the dentist, so he may call you tonight, or he will call you tomorrow." March 24th- Called Holy City at ~2pm. Dispatcher immediately caught an attitude and says "He knows about it and is looking into it and he will call you." March 25th- Called Holy City ~2:15pm requesting the tow companies insurance information. The dispatcher then yelled at me that "We don't give out our insurance information for $300!" and she slammed the phone down hanging up. March 25th- I look up their DOT number (DOT 3465624) in FMCSA.
