When I…read morecracked my iphone screen I couldn't spend a lot so I checked Craigslist thinking I'd only find a bunch of scammers but to my surprise I came across Robert's ad and it looked legit so I gave him a call. Talking to him on the phone put me at ease as he is kind, polite and professional so I asked when he'd be available to do the repair. Turned out he was free that afternoon and lived nearby so he was at my parents' house within the hour. Admittedly I was weary about handing over my phone to a stranger I had just found on Craigslist but meeting Robert in person was reassuring. I'm glad I gave him a chance because my phone was fixed for a fraction of what I would have paid anywhere else and I didn't even have to leave the house. My parents hired him for a couple of jobs after that and had positive experiences as well. Highly recommend.
