This is a shit hole of a place. The owner takes advantage of people. Him and his son who represents…read morehimself as "law enforcement" are absolutely strange. They show up at someone's door two days after they have paid their rent and verbally gives them an eviction notice of 72 hours and makes up stories that are not only untrue but baffling. And refuses to give the renter back even a prorated about of their rent. Which is also against the law. Just so you know, if the landlord takes your rent you legally have 30days to live there unless he refuses the rent and then he has to legally file an eviction notice through the court system before you are made to leave. Don't let this "good ole boy system" frighten you. They are bullies and if you let them have their way they will. When they can't get their way then they use other tenants as pons and make up stories to file charges against you. The housing he provides are are up with rats, rat feces and leaks in many trailers. When asked to repair he has some random excuse or half asses the repair. When you sign up he claims he is the "owner" but when you are told to leave he claims the "owners" asked him to relay the message. So which one is it??? Just seems like a Ponzi scam.
