There is a huge dock to fish on or just hangout. The fishing is awesome and we usually catch several daily. The park has aluminum boats free for residents use. WiFi is free as well. The owners, manager, and all tenants are very friendly and helpful. We evacuated for Tropical Storm Imelda and they helped us every step of the way. This truly is an absolute slice of paradise. Just minutes from all local refineries including Sabine Pass. Public dove hunting lands less than 2 miles, hog hunting, and duck hunting. There is a golf course less than 5 miles from the park.

The grounds are always clean, well-maintained, and quiet -- perfect for relaxing after a long day. The sites are level and spacious, with great hookups and easy access.
