I will say this school is based in core Christianity beliefs so if that if that is an issue for you, this may not be your place. I can say nothing our girls have learned or repeated is offensive in anyway. Admin and staff- we have seen some turn over but have never had an issue with new teachers. Health and safety- the school is very good at communicating Health/ safety issues ( black outs, weather impacts , etc). They also routinely perform monthly evacuation and situational awareness. So bottom line no school or daycare will ever measure up to a parents expectations of care for their kids... but while there maybe some bumps here and there I still believe the staff at this school deserve endless margaritas and metals everyday of the week!

My wife sent Mrs. Brooks an email (snippet in photo); she asked for a full refund and without hesitation, it was issued. A brief apology was also given and accepted. Question #2: Why did/ do you guys put such a burden on your teachers? Sounds to me as if you need to listen more to your teachers. If they are telling you they are overwhelmed, then don't allow more kids to enroll!! I could be wrong about this but you guys pulled an extremely unprofessional move! To future parents: Do I recommend sending your child here? The last 9 months have been disappointing to say the least. Lack of Leadership and Staffing; a…read morerevolving door for new teachers/employees has resulted in no curriculum, inconsistency in leadership and teachers, lack of safety for our child (we experienced 3 unreported incidents in 4 weeks, one of which included a chipped tooth). There is constant moving kids from class to class to adhere to state ratio requirements. Naps in the gym implemented occasionally because of lack of staff (again inconsistent y). 5 teachers quit in June and 2 in July that we heard of , resulted in 3 classrooms shut down at one point. It's really sad that this school spiraled downward so fast. We stayed longer than we should have hoping it would turn around. The facility itself is old and needs a major upgrade, the A/C wasn't working properly in June and July, just miserable in there for the kiddos and teachers. After moving to a new daycare, I realize how complacent I was for putting up with mediocrity and sometimes insufficient care. I do hope they can turn it around with the new director.
