My kids loved their time at barnyard,…read morelearned so much about God (my daughter loves worship time, so sweet to see her come home and lift her hands in worship and love to pray). This daycare was highly recommended by friends and we were on the waitlist for quite a few months before we got in but it was worth the wait. It was also super affordable compared to other daycares. The only reason we left was due to distance, wish we could move it closer to our new home.

At face value you walk in and the school is full of character. No boring white walls. I mean there's a model train going around the ceiling by. Play grounds are well kept and there's even a splash pad. While this is not a Montessori school our girls have not only received a great education, the arts and craft creativity projects are endless. I will say this school is based in core Christianity beliefs so if that if that is an issue for you, this may not be your place. I can say nothing our girls have learned or repeated is offensive in anyway. Admin and staff- we have seen some turn over but have never had an issue with new teachers. Health and safety- the school is very good at communicating Health/ safety issues ( black outs, weather impacts , etc). They also routinely perform monthly evacuation and situational awareness. So bottom line no school or daycare will ever measure up to a parents expectations of care for their kids... but while there maybe some bumps here and there I still believe the staff at this school deserve endless margaritas and metals everyday of the week!

In my opinion most families don't realize the importance of preschool in building a foundation for furthering your child's education but if you're looking for a school that will provide structure education play through learning as well as personal growth and discipline for your child you found the right place. I couldn't say anything other then enroll now! Within the first 10 days of the school year my just three-year-old learned the pledge allegiance of allegiance. I was so happy to hear him recite it to me! God bless America and God Bless Primrose of Firewheel!

Front end staffs are always greeting you with warm and friendly smiles, and in my surprise this is the first school that the staffs / owner open the door for you in the morning and closing during peak time pick up and drop off. I appreciate how Sharon the owner are very involved with the school, and how she cares for the kids. The money you paid, are in return back to your kids. I have never spend money on bringing in tissues or sipping cups for my child... oh did I mentioned, 3 of My kids are enrolled here! From toddler to private kindergarten, all the teachers are great! Since i have experienced with my infant teacher Ms Joyce, Michelle, and Sarah. My son preschool teacher Ms Phyllis and funny Ms Z are incredibly patient. Private kindergarten Ms Renfro strict yet I love her! The curriculum are outstanding and my kids have learned so much at expressing their thoughts and feelings... well maybe a bit too much :) I couldn't be any happier! Thank you so much for everything you do.

I like the home setting more personally and wanted my 2 year old daughter to have a more cozy close-knit place to learn and spend her days! My first meeting with Angela I knew immediately I'd finally found "the one"! She was so sweet to my daughter and I the minute we walked in! She definitely loves her job anybody will quickly experience her warmth and passion for kids! I enjoyed her in depth questions and discussion we had about what my goals were for my daughter while she was there. Environment: safe, organized, very well set up kiddy place! So many activities & best of all she has a great schedule and routine she sticks to! I love that she worked on potty training too since we're in the midst! She feeds the kids great healthy home-made & organic foods! Best part on our first day was her midday update to me on how my little princess was doing! She had an amazing day I could tell by her not asking for Mama once on her first day at school. I could go in but I would highly recommend Ms. Angela to anybody! Whether it's full-time or drop in care, I can say you won't regret leaving your precious kiddos in wonderful warm hands!

I chose this in home school because at the time my daughter would not go any strangers but she liked Ms. Angela from the very beginning who she still loves to this day. I am so grateful I found a place that I can trust for my daughter to be well taken care of and provide a great foundation!

We placed our 2 year old daughter into Little Butterflies Learning Center (2814 Lavon Drive, Garland TX) on 2/4/20. On 2/7/20 they told us that all new enrollees were being yanked out. The excuse/ reason given was that "the teachers were overwhelmed" by the ratio of kids to teachers. Rhetorical Question: Do you guys think that stringing people along is ok? My wife sent Mrs. Brooks an email (snippet in photo); she asked for a full refund and without hesitation, it was issued. A brief apology was also given and accepted. Question #2: Why did/ do you guys put such a burden on your teachers? Sounds to me as if you need to listen more to your teachers. If they are telling you they are overwhelmed, then don't allow more kids to enroll!! I could be wrong about this but you guys pulled an extremely unprofessional move! To future parents: Do I recommend sending your child here? Not really sure...I recommend interviewing the staff first to get a feel on how happy they are. _______ I'm going to copy/ paste this review to EVERY single review opportunity that I find for your company online. I'm going to make sure that it does not go away so easily as you thought it would by issuing that lil refund so swiftly. Just be more professional going forward!!!! You could have given us the two weeks that YOU require for ending an enrollment. *Angry father out*

And, every time I go in they are welcoming and everyone says hi to my son and knows him by name. It's like a family! There is constant moving kids from class to class to adhere to state ratio requirements. Naps in the gym implemented occasionally because of lack of staff (again inconsistent y). 5 teachers quit in June and 2 in July that we heard of , resulted in 3 classrooms shut down at one point. It's really sad that this school spiraled downward so fast. We stayed longer than we should have hoping it would turn around. The facility itself is old and needs a major upgrade, the A/C wasn't working properly in June and July, just miserable in there for the kiddos and teachers. After moving to a new daycare, I realize how complacent I was for putting up with mediocrity and sometimes insufficient care. I do hope they can turn it around with the new director.
