Doctors suggested that muscles in my back and neck could be triggering them. I asked her to work specifically on my neck and back during the several sessions I had with her. I sit at a computer all day for work, and then for most of my evenings, so those muscles are horribly tense and my posture isn't great. Rebecca gave me the best fix-it/"healing" massage I have ever received. I have been to many relaxing massage places, and a few sports therapy massage places - and Rebecca is by far the best of the best! I was able to find a preventative medicine to help with my headaches/migraines (as it turns out they were not being caused by my muscles), but Rebecca definitely helped to improve my nasty mess of knots in my back. She briefly talked about the procedure and 10-15 mins into the massage she applied the cups with the right amount of suction. It was a little strange but not uncomfortable.
