They got their money, decided the other 14% is not worth the effort and left me without the ability to use my pool lighting, water features and Polaris pool sweep. Facts: 1. February of 2022 contracted to refinish my pool surface, upgrade to LED lighting, and I paid $10,000 deposit. 2. April 14th a sub contractor came in from out of state and did a good job plastering my pool with Diamond Bright. 3. Later in April ASP's electrical subcontractor arrived to install the LED lighting. He ran into difficulty pulling the cables through the present conduit. He said "I'll be back Next week". Ghosted. 4. June 10th after finally getting a response from the ASP Contractor, nearly two months later, I was shocked to get this text which I now share with you. " Hey David, I have been trying to find someone who can do the repairs to your light niches" What "repairs" ? Everything worked fine up until the ASP electrician ruined my electrical. The Text continues. " to pull the new lights through , Fortino , after telling me he was too busy a few times, he has finally let me know he does not feel comfortable doing the repair ( what repair) and is no longer willing to do it. After I am able to get someone scheduled to come out there ( out there? I'm equidistant three miles off the Interstate between his two offices not on Mars ) I will let you know. Realistically it may be after things slow down later in the Summer" 4. I have paid ASP OVER $17000.00 and have no lighting, water features, or Polaris sweep because they screwed up the electrical and abandoned me. 5. My Wife called ASP home office requesting a call back one week ago today. Not a courtesy call, zero communication from Corporate in Macon Georgia either. 6. I web searched "stuck pool light cord in conduit" and in a minute found various pool forums with solutions as this is not a unique issue. Search for yourself and see? I sent these to ASP , no response as usual. They don't care. The final irony is that ASP offered me a job because of my pool knowledge, pool business experience, and "you really take care of your pool" 'you're a perfect customer". I could continue but this likely suffices as a caution to be careful who you trust to do a job upgrading one's pool. Beware of ASP.

It has been a year since Bath Fitter installed the third tub and second set of surround walls (Jan…read more2025 with initial install in Oct 2024). I waited a year to post to provide an honest review. This overall is a disappointing product. I am very displeased with look and performance of the Bath Fitter tub. The install was not seamless and took almost four months. The company installed three bathtubs and two sets of walls. The first install was the best overall; however, the tub had damage and mismatched hardware (installer did point out the error and stated company would correct -- corrected with the third install). Install number two was the worst with excessive caulk, a tub cut too short, and the surround wall being cracked. Install number three included replacing the Bath Fitter tub and going over the first tub surround -- it looks like what it is, a reworked/repaired tub and surround. The tub has a low spot that holds water, the surround walls flex when being cleaned, and trim isn't straight and clean (removed and installed twice). There is so much caulk, that it holds water and forms pink mildew in a few days. Also had to have a service call after the third install because of water dripping in the wall -- issue was resolved quickly. Overall, it would have been more economical and quicker to have torn out and replaced the tub and surround. The reason Bath Fitter was hired was to quickly update the bathroom prior to the holidays. That didn't happen since the first install was in October and the final install was completed in January. Additionally, original plans were to update other bathrooms with this product, but that is not going to happen. Overall, I would not recommend this product. It would have been cheaper, quicker, and better looking to have torn out the original tub and surround and replaced.

Tony provided a detailed and very reasonable estimate and completed the work down to the last detail. He addressed many small issues with expertise and creativity to make our water feature run better than it ever has. He was thorough, addressing all of our concerns and even came back out to follow up. We will definitely call Zappa for any future water feature needs and we highly recommend!

Text went unanswered again, so I sent a third text on September 7, 2023, which also went unanswered. This company is very unreliable, and I would not recommend.

There should be an option to give 0 stars as a review. I purchased carpet for 2 bedrooms, which I believe was kept in an unsanitary storage situation. The more it was vacuumed and cleaned only brought more dirt to the surface. I complained with the hope that they would make it right, to no avail. The company replied to my first review with statements that were grossly fabricated. Needless to say, I recently had to replace the junk they sold me for quality carpet. Please, don't waste your hard-earned money at Riverchase Carpet and Flooring!
