It was supposed to be an easy delivery. We have a screened in back porch and we measured to make sure the hot tub would go through the door and it would fit. The older gentleman informed us that it would not fit through the door and left the tub in the drive way. We had to find a way to move the hot tub onto the back porch.

Drew was awesome during the build phase of the pool. He also answered questions quickly and if he couldn't get back that day he always responded the next. Even after they turned the pool over to us, they are still answering questions we have and really care they gave us a good product.
