From product sourcing, to measuring and quoting, to the expert advice we received from the team, we were very happy all-around. The entire process from initial inquiry to completed install was handled in just a couple of weeks. After getting quotes from three different companies, I went with Carpet Warehouse primarily because of the personal interactions I had with Tracy in the initial stages. She was patient with my questions, and really seemed to care about the work. It felt like a very personalized experience with down-to-earth people. Not sales-y at all. The installers were fantastic. Efficient, tidy, friendly and professional. Their operation was so self-contained, and didn't leave our house in total chaos. They showed attention to detail and pride in the work. The new floors look beautiful. Did I mention Carpet Warehouse provided the lowest quote out of the three I received? Icing on the cake.
