I feel like this place has been steadily getting worse over the last few months and today cemented my perception. They said my suburban was ready and when I walked-up it was obvious that the back had not been cleaned, as the window still had the wiper mark and the door still had the marks from the car wash brush. In addition, the running boards had not been wiped down, the tires were half-done, the mats were still dirty, the dash was about half-wiped down, the nav screen was not wiped at all...I think you get the point. This the third time in a row that i have been disappointed in the car wash service. Every two weeks I get the inside and outside of my car cleaned and for the last three time I have delt with my windshield not being cleaned and the interior of my car still having a considerable about of dust and dirt behind. read more

If you want to be wished Merry Christmas, go to Blue Harbor. If you want your car cleaned, go somewhere else. When I left there, my car had spots all over, the windows were still dirty, one of my third row seats were pulled up, and my power seats were moved to where I could hardly get into the car. But the worse was I had to dry all of my mats off when I got home. The rear seat and back compartment mats had standing water in them. read more

I have used Blue Harbor for years. I went to get a new inspection tag the other day and was pleased to get a free car wash included. I had a large stain of something on my front fender that had not come off in my last car wash. I told Brian Pemberton(guy taking cars into wash) about it and he asked me to pull to the side. In between taking cars, he worked hard to remove the sticky mess from my car until it was finally gone. This took him at least 20 minutes. He went above and beyond when he certainly did not need to. Okay, this is by far my favorite car wash in the NOLA area. The price is right and the people who work there are always friendly. If there's ever a problem (missed a spot or something) you can go right back and there's so happy to help you! I don't ever feel like I'm being ripped off when I come here. In fact, last time I was there, a guy was walking around handing out free popcorn to those who were waiting for their cars. There's also a PJs and an area to walk your dog/sit away from everyone else who's waiting. This is a huge plus since we often stop here on our way over from New Orleans (with our doggie). Sent my daughter over to Blue Harbor with her new to her car because the break tag was peeling off & she wanted to get it cleaned well since the previous owner had a dog. She was lied to & told they couldn't replace her break tag for free & she should buy a new one so she didn't have issues. They convinced my teen daughter to spend money she should not have needed to spend & I wouldn't be surprised if they turned the defective sticker in to the state to get the refund on it. Not at all happy they took advantage of my child. read more

Incredible integrity! My elderly mom had her car in for a detailing and the product that was used to clean the stereo console ended up causing the faceplate to be permanently clouded over. Nothing could make it clear again and the display was very hard to read. We lamented the situation (the stereo was only a few months old) but she finally stopped back by Blue Harbor to let them know what had happened. When they saw that it couldn't be fixed, the REPLACED STEREO with the same model - and then INSTALLED IT! Everything is back to normal and they were very gracious about it! These sorts of things never happen with businesses these days, so these people are rare gems! read more

We have had our oil changed and car washed many times here, but they just started offering vehicle inspections. As usual, their service was quick and thorough. We were in and out within ten minutes. The nice thing about this inspection station is the free car wash you get with your inspection! You can't beat that deal. read more

Took my truck and my wife's car here for the first time today. Absolutely satisfied with this company. The staff was very helpful, they did an amazing job on both vehicles and it was nice being able to relax inside of PJs sipping on a mocha granita while the guys finished up. Had $5 of quarters stolen from inside center console which shouldn't of even been opened by staff. I know this because before I gave vehicle to them I placed the quarters purposely out of sight so no workers would be tempted. I use Blue Harbor at a minimum twice a month but after this I'll no longer give them my business. read more

this is mainly about the gas is $.20 more expensive than everywhere else which now if I have to have gas I only get about two dollars worth and then get it when I can get to it better before the gas station read more

I have been going to this car wash and oil change service for many years. Today was the first time I must say I was totally disappointed. Unfortunately in the bright sunlight you can't see if they did a bad job or not until you get into your car and start driving around a little. The young kids that they had doing the work just didn't care. read more

Always packed. Easy and quick car wash. Do pretty good. Did miss a couple windows last visit but overall a good deal. I do hate having to get out my car and sit in front of the quick mart on a hot day though. read more
