    I have had Best Way for many years, and I appreciate the job they do…read more I have called the office for extra pickups, and when I needed my can replaced, they were always helpful and prompt in their response. The pricing is fair. If you think about it, where would we be without this service? I am grateful that they come to my home and carry away my trash. I pay online, and once I had an issue when they did not receive my payment. But I talked to them, and we worked it out. I didn't feel they were rude or disrespectful. I may have been short because of the aggravation of having to do the payment again. Not their fault. I would recommend.

Just read all the negative reviews…read more Not only do they not actually pick up your trash but the billing is way below subpar, like 1980's no actual account bad. Everyone is put on yearly billing because it is easier...for them. God help you is you get behind. Here is what you can expect. See love letter posted below. I have been a customer for years and you can count on a 20% non-pick up rate. This is because the tracking is the same as their Billing...almost non-functioning. The cans are not tracked and is you're like me living in the country my neighbors cans are right next to mine....sooo if one is in fault the whole stop is skipped. I called to let them know and was greeted with your account was closed for non-payment. Please see attached Statement! Note the balances...I have been making payments just throwing money as kind of a bill pay. As you can see the balance was nominal and reoccurring payments are being made. I'm being treated for cancer and money is VERY tight in this tough economy. Note the statement does not indicate ANY past due amounts of any kind but I did get (in the same statement) the legal threat....so that was nice. This is straight up bulling tactics buy a company with a THUG mentality. I immediately called the service rep at Not Best Way (NBW) and asked to speak to an account manage to let them know I made a payment and to turn on my service. Well I was bounced to voice mail and left a message...nothing but crickets in reply. That was 3 weeks ago and today on my pick up day...no service. In closing - Customer service...terrible I mean talking over your issues while you try to get relevant answers from the minion answering the phone. - Actual service: not too bad and you can't blame the drivers doing what they are told by the suits. - Billing: Basically this company is stuck in the 1980's. No ACH transfer...No actual information on past use status. NO ONLINE ACCOUNT VERIFICATION. I know a 13 yr old that can set that up! The KICK in the privates is when you finally get to a "service" manager you have ZERO escalation path. I was told there is no corporate phone number because they will only refer the complaint back to the "Lack of Service" manager. Do yourself a favor and just DON'T! you will eventually have a problem with NOT BEST WAY. At the end of the day NBW turned off my trash pick up a month ago with no actual notification on the statements, no phone call no late payment notifications on a person throwing up after chemo treatments. The upside is I did get the lovely legal action letter! In the words of Best Way owners Mike and Ralph Balkema "websites and graphic design aren't their strong suit". Heck guys y'all can even take out the trash. YOUR FIRED.
