Oh wow I have found my new GoTo for electric service needs!…read moreI had a Smart panel installed from Ecoflow a couple weeks ago shortly after circuits were blown didn't really care too much for the guy that came out. Honestly I really wish I could've gone somewhere else, but I'd already paid a deposit on their work not knowing that Ecoflow just contracted about any old Electrician, I guess.. Anyways, contacted veteran electric as I'm a veteran as well so of course I will give them business before some random company. I was highly impressed by the work they did I watched them work very quickly and at a very reasonable price. I will be recommending them to my friends, family, and my customers as well. Thanks so much veteran Electric.

But when Veteran Electric came out for the estimate, it was clear they knew exactly what they were doing. They also pointed out electrical code requirements that none of the other quotes mentioned, a sign they were thinking about doing it right, not just doing it fast. I went with them, and I'm glad I did. Their team was thorough, professional, and the finished work looks excellent. I'd use them again without hesitation for any electrical work on my house. They're reliable and clearly know their craft.

We called Mister Sparky for fuse issue that is very common issue and expected a bill under $300…read more The technician arrived on time, then wanted to do a house safety inspection. Not curiosity, but a ploy to sell fear. The technician wanted to upsell, an additional $17, 000 worth of "problems' and I could make a payment plan and/or use a credit card. This is a huge jump from the original thought of hoping our problem is under $300. 00 to fix. How can a person be okay with possibly putting a family into debt for a minor problem and increase the sell to $17K? Ethics and morals seem to be missing. They use 4 hour windows and they were going to exceed each window to the point that we had to cancel the first two times. So, I scheduled one more time(the 3rd) but demanded a tighter window. They gave us an 8 to 9 am one hour window. We set up our day's schedule around that window. Sure enough, at 8:30, we get a call from the office to tell us their tech was just leaving the house and wouldn't be here for at least another hour. I fired them. Enough is enough. We've planned our day around their schedule on three separate occasions. No more. We'll do business with a company that gives a rip about us and our schedule. Mr. Electric is not the only electric service company and we advise that folks needing electric service/repair look elsewhere.
