During the consultation, when we were discussing curls and lengths, she told me to hurry up, which felt rude considering I had been the one waiting. I also showed her a reference photo from her own website, but the final result did not look like the picture, so I felt the photos were not an accurate representation. Overall, the experience felt rushed and unprofessional, and I was disappointed with both the service and the final result. If you've done those Chinese messages before where the therapist massages your body on a chair while you're fully clothed, then this is similar but for your scalp. You get a questionnaire where they ask you what type of pressure you're ok with. I chose medium. There's no oils or creams used and your hair stays clean through the process. We started off with Chizu brushing my hair to avoid tangles. The scalp message was so nice that I fell asleep a couple of times. So if I'm not as detailed, this is why. Haha!
