Ryan first showed us a used Newmar New Aire that we really loved, but he didn't have one available at the time. He was still incredibly helpful and generous with his time. If we were purchasing again, we would absolutely go through him. Unfortunately, we ended up purchasing from the world's largest Newmar dealer in Florida, and the experience there was abysmal and expensive. We drove from Florida to Oregon (home) for a 6 week trip and took a couple small trips. After compiling a big list of necessary repairs, we returned to Beaver for service. That took about 5 months, though we weren't in a hurry and it seems they were very thorough. Nine months after initial purchase, we scheduled a paid walkthrough with their specialist, Aaron Pierce. That experience made a huge difference. Aaron took the time to walk us through details we didn't even realize we needed to know--things that would have made our earlier trips much easier and more enjoyable. Even when leaving, Aaron, Jaime, and Ryan all made sure we knew how to reach them if there were questions or issues. Arriving back at home, we had questions on AGS settings and Aaron has been very responsive via text messaging. Overall, Beaver Coach Sales has been helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to support us even when they didn't make the original sale. That says a lot about their team.

Having bought one in the past from another dealership, we really had an eye opening experience here that was vastly different than our first. Every single person that works at Beaver is very genuine, kind, friendly and helpful, they also are extremely knowledgeable. Just like any RV you have to take a couple days to work out the kinks that come along in the beginning which we had a couple but, the Beaver Coach dealership has the most onsite Newmar techs out of any other dealership. most only have 1. They have double digits. This made our experience and process even better. They know these rigs down to the smallest detail. (They also spec them better than any I've seen across the country). What you won't find at Beaver Coach are stuffy sales guys in suits where you are trying to figure out if they are being honest and treat you very much like "a customer". You will find that when you leave you will know over and over you made the very best decision. Everyone will know your name and you will rest easy that you will be taken care of for years to come. You will arrive as a customer but leave with friends. Beaver Coach staff have basically become like family friends at this point. We can't thank Beaver Coach enough for being honest, fair priced, and giving us such a great experience. Don't even bother going anywhere else if you are in the market. If you are looking for specific people to help you they are all amazing but here's some name drops to get you started: Chris Szopa Eric Shaver Ryan (sales manager) Stephanie (front desk) Aaron (guru of everything) Shu Alllll the service guys top notch Micah and Becky will always take care of you in service as well. I could go on but I'll stop here! All fantastic we are grateful for every single one of them!

We purchased a slightly used travel trailer from Camping World in June. The unit was in very good…read morecondition, and the price was reasonable. We had an inspection performed before traveling to purchase. As part of the purchase, Camping World's corporate policy is to sell its "Let's Go Camping" package to customers for $2,500. This package is one-size-fits-all and includes camping items and maintenance services that require a visit to a Camping World location. Because we did not want to be forced to use Camping World for our maintenance and because we already had many of the items in their "Let's Go Camping" package, we declined to purchase. When we arrived on site and inspected the RV, it was clear the unit had not been cleaned. When asked, I was told that since I had not purchased the "Let's Go Camping" package, which included a detailed cleaning, the unit would go out as it came in, and there would be no walk-through of the RV and systems, or cleaning of the unit. The people we met at the Bend, OR branch were all very helpful and friendly, but because of Camping World's policy, they could do nothing more on the RV. So after the purchase, we left Bend, OR Camping World with 75 gallons of the previous owners' shit, shower and sink water, which I dumped out at my first opportunity. Camping World's policy of not cleaning out the black and grey water tanks or walking through the unit unless you purchase an overpriced one-size-fits-all package is disgusting, and the people pushing and complying with it should be ashamed. We won't be going back, and you shouldn't either.

The ramp door had a water leak issue from the beginning. With the dealership's permission, I installed replacement seals they provided, but the leak continued. It was later determined that the door had not been mounted correctly, meaning the original seal replacement was not the correct fix. The issue has gone through multiple repair attempts, including repairs at a local dealer and work performed by the manufacturer. I have been trying to get the ramp door replaced through the manufacturer since April 7 and am still waiting for a resolution. The manufacturer is also aware of additional issues with this brand-new trailer. The bathroom floor became wet from the city water connection, and during my most recent trip I discovered the shower curtain frame had not been properly sealed, allowing water to run down the track and onto the floor. On the way home, my bedroom door also came loose and fell off. I have given the dealership and manufacturer multiple opportunities to correct these problems, but the amount of time, effort, and follow-up required to get warranty issues addressed has been extremely disappointing. I expected a much better ownership experience after purchasing a new trailer.

But I also noted that he was going to try to get parts we needed to cover some warranty work. If you know about warranty's on RV's, you know it could be a hassle. And if you travel full time moving place to place, you know how time consuming getting an appointment can be... mobile RV techs are always super busy, and how challenging it can be to get the warranty company to approve things. Well Chris had approval within days, parts ordered and he got them yesterday.... Today, he was here and now he is gone! He replaced/upgraded our toilet, bathroom sink and fireplace! He had to do some cabinetry support and frame work for the new and BETTER Furrion Fireplace and it looks amazing! Better than before. So here it is folks... this man has held true to his word. When he tells you he is going to do something, he is going to. If he says he will try... he really will... I can't believe he got the fireplace as fast as he did! He did it all in the time we had and we will be rambling on down the road again on Friday... because Chris is a man of his word. Integrity... doing the right thing when no one will know. He could have just passed on our needs... he solved it. Honest... he didn't play around when it came to his word. Value... we definitely got a huge value out of Chris... the work he did far passes our cost... there was some for things that weren't covered or only partially covered. He sat down and discount some of our out of pocket costs... I'll say it like I did last time... call Chris.
