I would not have been as bothered by this if the shipping was expedited, but the manufacturer was clearly waiting to fill a truck before shipping the material anyway. GTS seems a small player and apparently does not have the clout with manufacturers to counter this behavior. in general from a customer service perspective, during all of this they underwhelmed with a lack of call backs and follow up, All this said, if they are the only local supplier of a particular manufacturer's product, and that's the one you like, you have to deal with it.

For someone who's spending ALOT of money for good quality siding, I partially expect the staff to be helpful. Somehow I always get stuck with the workers who aren't educated in the materials and aren't helpful. So that stinks. You have to ask a bunch of questions to get an answer. For picking up materials, I wish they were more helpful loading the car. My husband shouldn't be out there loading the car in the rain with heavy cement siding alone.
