He never mentions "oh wait there will be a restocking fee". He simply just said yeah that's a good idea. Just go ahead and return anything you don't use if they don't want to install it. I primarily use Ganahl Lumber and or Jones lumber. I've never had a deal with restocking fees, especially with things that are in the original packaging. A total of two boxes they charge me $240 to restock TWO BOXES. So just in case you're thinking of using these guys just remember they will charge you an arm an a leg if something out of your control changes. More importantly they will not let you know before you buy anything, there's a hefty restocking fee.

We were satisfied with this company even though their prices are higher than the other lumber yards like Crenshaw Lumber. We recently purchased some 2 x 10 Classic pre-primed fascia for a project. The product apparently was left out in the rain, because it showed quite a bit of mold or mildew on both sides. Our clients and myself are unhappy with the response from the manager and will now go back to purchasing our lumber from Crenshaw Lumber instead. My husband walked around and around looking for a certain product and no one offered to help. He had to go ask for help. Not a good sign of customer service in my opinion. I appreciated the fact that they had a staff member spraying areas that were often touch and even spraying some products that may have been touched and put back. Sanitizer was also provided at the checkout line which was awesome. Plenty of parking available and the prices are reasonable.

Every store we visited wanted to sell us a whole slab, costing way to much money. By luck, we found South Bay Stone. Upon meeting Diana, she led us to their yard and told us to look through their extensive selection of remnants. To our surprise, we found a partial slab of the similar black quartz that we liked at a different store. Diana and her team of installers did a perfect job installing our new quartz countertop at a fraction of the price as other stores quoted.
