We were quite impressed with Mike and his warm demeanor and exceptional professionalism. He steered us towards the RV we needed, not just the most expensive on the lot! Mike is a first-rate salesman! Also, Bruce from Service helped us understand how to set up our new RV. He was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! Great representative for this company! Theron in Parts was also fantastic! Exceptional knowledge as well, and very patient with this newbee! He went above and beyond finding parts and accessories for my new purchase. General Manager Damian rounded out this top-notch team and was very professional and caring for our circumstances. All in all, I give this dealer 6 out of 5 stars!!!

My first review was based on not buying an RV from them just interacting with staff. I have now…read morebought an RV. Steve and the owner were nice but not much else was done to the RV We got it home and the batteries were dead. The parking brake was damaged and didn't work. We found nothing in the RV in way of books explaining anything about it...we asked Steve a few times if former owners could be contacted to get the books. We heard nothing back. Fast forward weeks later and we found a compartment in the RV we didn't know about and all the Manuels and service info were in this compartment! This was so simple why couldn't the staff just find out for us?! I guess if you can't find an RV this place is a good start but I don't think any real check of the rv's is completed prior to buying a unit.

I don't normally bother to rate a poor experience. I just don't go back. but this pretty much…read moremucked up some personal plans we had for this summer and we can't let that go. I can't speak to their actual maintenance service because we never got ther. early in June/end of May we stopped in to arrange for an RV maintenance date. we also wanted a 'fridge replaced. The appointment lady decided she would call us once her parts lady got back to her and we agreed. 2 weeks later...nothing.We called. So sorry. Appointment lady out but we will have her call you when she gets back. 1 1/2 weeks later....nothing. we call again. she was out for lunch and the dude answering sounded apologetic and said he would put us on top of the pile from being on the bottom and she woukd call. Nothing. By now plans are gone and other issues needing our attention have surfaced. we never, EVER heard back from them. WORST service we've had in a very long time. As in no service. Cant say we woukd ever recommend them or try again. They don't care.

Excellent customer service. We were traveling through Kalispell for 6 days and needed a replacement…read moreM/W for our 2 yr. old Greystone. Pushbutton Latch quit working to open it up. Window seal on one window was pulling away. Short somewhere to solar charging system. One RV dealer said they won't be able to get to us until September for working on trailer. Went to Wild Horse RV, they were able to work us in that Saturday. They special ordered a replacement Greystone M/W. Tech arrived at our RV Park and removed old M/W and of course installation was a bit challenging due to redesign of M/W from 2 yrs ago for tech but he got it done. Mobile tech tested solar it was charging as should be. Went up on roof and found where connection was loose & source of short that had caused a breaker for SOLAR to trip. That was fixed. Tech was able to reuse window seal and reinstall it back in place as it should be. The Tech tested and explained that the SOLAR inverted GFCI outlets were tight when new and will wear down so plugging in will get easier. Give them a fair shake when you need RV service done. They'll even do mobile service and come to your spot. Two thumbs up!
