We had carpet and pets, so we were in need of new flooring. We took the leap and chose S&G Carpet and More to do our hardwood flooring. And we couldn't be happier. Courtney walked us through everything we had a gentleman come out and measure and we chose our flooring. Installers arrived on schedule every day and were so polite and true craftsman at their trade. I was very impressed with all their work just impeccable and immaculate. Our home has been really transformed by Tim and his team. Our home is 2700 sq/ft, so it was a big job wall to wall hardwood. If you are on the fence and not sure about changing your flooring, I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to Tim and his team at S&G Carpet and More here in Elk Grove they will definitely take care of you. For example, some baseboard on our landing was left off the quote and we requested to have it installed. Tim sent someone out the next day to install baseboard on the landing and caulking at no charge. Customer service 5 Stars!!!

Had to call them to get told 'they had to cancel due to a family matter'....... So, no call? After an hour later? Wow, that is really BAD. We were told they would start on Wednesday same time........ Wednesday morning......NO SHOW, AGAIN! We were told 'they had no one to do the job.........blah, blah, blah!. So they were supposed to start this morning, Monday Sept 14th. 8 a.m. It is now 9:30 and STILL NO SHOW AGAIN......NO CALL FROM THE COMPANY! I have never seen a company that is advertised as much as this one is be SO UPROFESSIONAL AND PATHETIC!! This is absolutely the worst customer service ever! I would not recommend them to anyone.
