Stopped responding to emails for no reason after confirming they could provide staff for our event. Extremely unprofessional.

First and Last time here. Went in this morning to get a birthday gift for my daughter's friend…read moreparty. Walked in it was a lot going on in terms of items so I stopped a lady carrying a ladder. I said good morning do you work here just to be sure. She replied Don't you see me wearing an apron what do you think. Then rolls her eyes and walks away. As I'm getting over my shock she comes back without the ladder and go what do you want. Nothing now!!! What! My little girl is with me and she's on her way to this party breathe! I look around and see at check out an older woman and man walked over asked for a gift for my daughter's friend age. The couple was so helpful and lovely and that's the only reason I'm giving a star. I downloaded yelp just to write this review so that should tell you something! Got the gift paid the older lady and she goes go to balloons they will wrap. Who is at balloons? Ms Nasty Attitude yes I've named her in my head. Took 10 plus minutes with attitude to wrap this little gift. I just wanted to get out of there. Then my daughter go O I don't think she's having a good day she's not very nice. Leading to me having to turn my girl's fun day of tea partying to me explaining to her that some grown ups do have bad day and it's ok to have one but just don't take it out on other people. You work in costumer service lady stay home if you don't like your job. Will NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE AGAIN.

Do not shop here. Terrible customer service. I purchased $40 worth of balloons and they all popped…read moreor deflated upon arriving home. When I called the store to inquire about a refund, 2 employees hung up on me. The store claimed to have no responsibility for the balloons once they left the store. While I understand their position if it happened to one or two balloons, but when they all malfunction, it says something about their product. Additionally, the mark-up on their toys is wild. Stick to Amazon or Target.

Lot Stop - There are multiple floors. the escalators are tucked into a corner behind checkout

((3.25 stars)) Lot…read moreStop as you know or don't know is one of those discount chains. normally, stop here to grab things in October for Halloween to plus up the spookiness. the store is packed with a variety of packaged foods goods, household goods and decor, and seasonal stuff like Halloween stuff. wouldn't say the store is messy but more cramped in certain areas bc of the variety & volume of merchandise. actually stopped here bc i needed shower liners and hardly any stores sell them in brick n mortar, but i thought Lot Stop might and then i wouldn't have to Amazon it plus i wanted to see the actual color, material, etc. (RIP Bed, Bath, & Beyond bc that was your purpose in my life. lol). but as usual, i lost myself in the Halloween costumes, decorations, etc. section and wasted a lot of time wandering off mission. so i rushed around looking for the shower stuff and couldn't find it on...and it's then i discovered this store has a couple of other levels as there are escalators tucked into a corner and that's likely where the household stuff are. however since i wasted so much time looking at other things...and had to head someplace else bc i was on a tight schedule. anyway, this store has a lot of stuff and stuff (and floors) i haven't seen not because it's all that big but because i am easily distracted. the struggle. wish there were some signs indicating there are other floors, but maybe there are and I missed them lol the staff, here, whom i have never spoken (but i guess i should have and asked where the shower stuff was! you live you learn), but they get you in and out at checkout fairly quickly.

Lot Stop is three levels filled with all kinds of items that are quite reasonably priced. Some are…read morestill for $1.99 (baby wipes) but cleaning supplies are a shocking $6.99 and upwards. Blame the pandemic. Lot Stop is not a 99 cent store and probably was not one to begin with. On the ground floor are cleaning supplies, eats, drinks, lingerie and socks. Lots of socks. Upstairs and the lower ground floor have home supplies for the kitchen and bath, stationary, foil pans, bed sheet sets, etc. no restroom here. Both escalators and elevators are here although the elevator often doesn't work properly. Family owned and nice employees.
