I called then to see if I could get a night guard, they said sure come on in. I was assuming (silly me!) it would be a month max before I got a new one. I am now at the three month mark for waiting for my mouthguard, and was told today after sitting in a chair for two hours, that I may have to come back for another fitting potentially in august. That's a six month wait for a mouth guard, meanwhile my tmj is killing me. They've also given me like two different reasons why august, one is that they are remodeling, so the offices are closed, the other is that the lady who does them is having hand surgery in a month, so they are training someone else to be able to take her place when she is out for another month or so, both conveniently coming out to august. But if you are training someone to take her place when she is gone, then you are open no?

In the next breath, the office then says they don't have a similar time slot until September, (it is April) and then says there is nothing the office can do. Nothing? Have a back up hygienist service. Keep a few slots open for this type of situation. If this happened to my family once, I wouldn't complain, but its been several times.
