    Look elsewhere - this company does not have reputable practices…read more Our business relationship started in spring of 2018, with incompetence. They asked us to drop a pin on a google map to indicate where we wanted the unit, and then ignored the pin and put the unit on our neighbor's property. Not an auspicious start. Most recently, we have caught this company not servicing our unit for weeks on end. We have called 3 times to complain. The first time was to complain about non-service between Nov. 16 2018 and Jan 4 2019. We weren't present for the intervening weeks, and when we returned to the site, discovered the unit hadn't been serviced since we left. It also hadn't been weatherized, and the contents were now frozen solid. There had been no snow, and no weather to interfere with the servicing. I took dated photos of the driveway and unit to prove it. We called Arwood and spoke with a rep who identified herself as "Chatty." She told us she'd call back with news of the refund we were owed due to the non-service. We received no call back. We returned to the site on January 18th, and found that again, the unit hadn't been serviced since the date of our first complaint, January 4th. And again, we have photos of the fact that there were no weather related conditions impeding their access to the unit. We called on the 18th and had to leave a message. Again, no reply. This company is racking up the refunds it owes us. Yelp, a complaint to the BBB and an email to the attorney general are the first orders of business on Tuesday, Jan 22. Arwood appears to take advantage of the fact that our site doesn't appear occupied 100% of the time, and then just shows up just b/c a complaint gets made. Well Arwood's contract is to service the unit weekly as part of the whopping $168.62/month we pay for a filthy plastic sewage container, so we will be pursuing the refund we are owed via every possible channel.

I placed an order for a portable toilet and…read moreconfirmed the pickup date 3 separate times prior to the pickup date, including immediately after my order was placed and right before pickup was scheduled. The pickup date came and went without the unit being picked up and without any correspondence from the company. I both emailed and called to inquire as to why. My email was not answered. On the phone I was advised by a rep that the company was behind in their pickups and they were en route to pick up the unit that day and that there would be no additional charge on my account since the delay was on their end. Two days later, the unit was still not picked up and a rep advised that it was on schedule for later that week, they never processed my earlier pickup requests, and that I now owe an additional balance since I kept the unit longer than the original date requested. The Administrator has failed to acknowledged any of this. Additionally, when the unit was being delivered, I received text messages (not a phone call) from the delivery person inquiring where to place the unit (even though instructions were clear in my order) that were unprofessional and included emojis and a religious comment. The company did come and clean the unit, but left crude drawings inside the unit during one of the cleanings. Save your money and do not do business with this company. They are wildly unprofessional and have failed to take any accountability.

    The childcare is run by husband and wife. The wife says she provides childcare during the day and…read morethe husband runs the night shift. The place is an old trailer, however they both interviewed really well. They charge by the hour. We paid 2 weeks in advance. The first day the door bell wasn't working and they weren't answering the door. However my husband stayed and kept trying. When they answered the door, he told them that we had to be at work and if there were anymore problems we would be asking for our money back. The husband said that was no problem. The first few days my 3 year old son seemed to happy with the childcare. A few days later he expressed that he didn't like going to the babysitter because they yelled at him. I took this lightly as he's only 3 and there didn't seem to be any problems with pick up and drop off. After one week I attempted to drop my son off. However he was clinging on to me and crying that he didn't want to go. He threw a huge fit and wouldn't let go of me. I felt concerned. I stayed with him for about 15 minutes. The crying didn't stop. So I handed him to her and stood on the porch waiting to see if he would calm down. He didn't. The husband then came out yelling and stomping. I immediately went back inside and took my son and never brought him back. They refused to refund the money that was not used for the hours he was not there. I do not tolerate my son being scared especially so scared he's clinging on me like his life depends on it. I do not tolerate that sort of demeanor with my child.
