This should have been our third move with Clean Out Kings, the first move with this company was a tad rough due to traffic and them booking services too close together time wise. HOWEVER in that instance there was total communication and honesty(extensive delay). My mother called needed their moving services for this past weekend on Sunday, initially she was told they would pick up a truck at 10:00 am and be at her place by 10:30.....then she received call stating they'd be there at 12:30...then after 12:30 came and went, they finally returned her call saying he was in church(after 3:00PM mind you). We were then told 5:00 or 5:30....then later called and old 7 or 7:30 pm on Sunday night. The last communication received was last night on 10/1 at nearly 7:00 pm stating that they would have to come at 7:30AM Monday morning......and GUESS just GUESS what...... its 10:24 AM on 10/2 and this company has not responded to text messages, emails, or phone calls. At this point it's a pattern of grossly unprofessional behavior. After our previous experience with this company I NEVER wanted to use them again. However we were counting on them and taking the man that we spoke with over the phone at his word as he continued to guarantee that he was able to provide the service we booked. I can understand one mishap however stringing a potential customer along knowing your services are needed is just SAD. If Clean Out Kings was too booked to do this move, or didn't have the resources ie truck or men, they never should have accepted the job. Needless to say I'll pop popcorn one kernel at a time before EVER recommend them or attempt to do business with company again. Thankfully after explaining the situation to Superman movers early this morning they were able to get my mother on the schedule this morning and get her moved. They are a bit more expensive HOWEVER they're efficient and dependable. Update: After posting my reviews, GGM did reach out to me to apologize for the issues with the packing job and offered a small refund. I do appreciate them doing so, and believe this isn't representative of the service they offer as a whole. I think the person organizing the boxes in the truck needed to pay more attention to what was written on them though.
