21-hour smoked brisket, yes please!…read more Now, I might be new here, but I know what I like. I walked in the room and the aroma made my whole body tense up in anticipation. I was practically gnawing at the air on my way in. I admit a quick small squeal squeaked out as I approached the steaming meats selection. I asked for "just a bit, please" and was encouraged to try the whiskey sauce. I did drizzle that on there! When I settled in my seat I picked around my other treats first, so as to save what I hoped was the best for last. The brisket. My first bite caused my eyes to shoot wide open, just so flavorful and warm how it comes! Second bite, with sauce. I took a slightly larger bite than before. I knew what was coming! But that sauce, I was not expecting! A kick of flavor I've never witnessed before... I was clawing my way towards my third bite! I did manage to savor this one a little longer, really hitting my stride for the meal. It was then my mother informed me "Food before one is just for fun!" as she finished the rest for herself, offering me a slice of bell pepper to gum on in place of that delicious meat. I was displeased greatly. I'll be hoping mom remembers this brisket in 7 months when I'm old enough to eat a whole plate without her claiming its unnecessary! - Juniper, 5 months old

We planned on 50 people and she provided enough food to feed all of the personnel at JBLM. OK, that may be a slight exaggeration but there was sooooooo much food no one went hungry and there was plenty for people to take leftovers home. My wife and I are mexican food connoisseurs and I'm telling you, Cindy's taco bar with all the fixins was some of the best we've ever had. In addition to the amazing food, Cindy's set up and clean up were also amazing. We didn't do anything except enjoy the party! Thank you so very much Cindy!!!

Been here twice and both times have been lovely! Most recent time was a few days into the new year…read moreso Christmas decorations were still up which made the restaurant very cozy on a blustery rainy day. I was treating my mom to a birthday lunch where she enjoyed the most amazingly textured and light salmon cakes with the best dipping sauce over a beautiful Caesar with an oyster Caesar dressing. I had an equally as impressive mushroom bucatini and while I'd usually add a protein to my pasta this one did not need it so I skipped it and did not regret that as the medley of mushrooms was just so flavor packed and plentiful. I devoured my many leftovers later that evening. We will be back!

Ordered the $24 'French Kiss' burger...ordered it medium rare to which the waitress said 'ok' as…read moreshe took my order. At that price, I expected a thick burger that would be cooked to order...something like you'd get in a steakhouse or a French restaurant. The burger comes with au jus, furthering that expectation. Burger showed up, torched through, completely brown all the way through. When I mentioned it to the waitress, she said 'oh, it's a smashburger, we can't cook it to medium rare'. Ok, well first of all $24 for a smashburger is nuts. No mention of that on the menu. If I want a smashburger, I'll pay $6-8 at a food truck. And second, why didn't you tell me that when you took my order for a medium-rare burger? I would have ordered something else. And the cup Au Jus was thicker than I expected, more like a sauce, rather than something to dip your burger in. Strange. Skip the $24 (smash)burger, get something else. Definitely would not recommend.

I took my son out to The Hub thinking it'd be just another boring meal of burgers and pizza. I'd…read morebeen here so long ago, I couldn't really remember the food. But wow, we were both floored by how absolutely delicious our meal was. We shared a big bowl of perfectly seasoned and chunky chilli and a margherita Pizza that had such a generous amount of basil on it and, according to my son, the best tomato sauce he's ever tasted. On top of that, the bartender mixed me up one of the best old fashioneds I've had in a while and my son loved his grapefruit rosemary mocktail. Add to all this delicious food the fact that we could look out on the runway and watch the planes? Seriously one of the best local eating experiences there are. And as a plus, our waitress was wonderful.

Let me just start off and say that Taylor was our server and she was absolutely amazing at her job…read more She made us feel like we were at home. It was very genuine. She was always there for all of our needs and took care of the whole family. We had a total of six adults and two children. I thought the brussels sprouts were absolutely amazing. They were cooked to perfection and the sauce and the bacon just made the flavor better. The Reuben sandwich that I had was great, but I just thought the bread got a little soggy due to the grease, which tends to happen but not all Reuben's are like that. The fish and chips were just regular fish and chips and there was no special component to them. The build your own pizza came out very big and looked absolutely delicious and the kids were fighting over pizza. The grinder was absolutely the star of the show. The grinder was absolutely phenomenal and great flavor all-around taste and would highly recommend to order that every single time. I'm still giving this five stars, even though some of the food was a little lackluster, but the main star of the whole experience was Taylor our server. She did absolutely amazing again. If I was her employer, I would definitely give her a raise or make sure she's always there for every single person which can't happen in reality.

I visited here upon a birthday invitation for my son's friend, so I can only comment on my time…read morehere as a guest. His friend's family reserved a private room for the birthday event, and I was thankfully able to locate it with the assistance of an employee. The service seemed decent. Orders were taken at a timely manner with food quickly being brought out and serving plates/trays cleaned up promptly once everyone was done grabbing food from the table. I really liked the cleanliness and décor of the place. Has a calming ambience with all the ocean vibes. I was not expecting duckpin bowling (I didn't do any research before coming here) but it seems ideal for a casual time. No one was really taking the bowling seriously since it was more of an event to get together, eat, and chat, so the duckpin bowling is good for all the kids to just bowl for fun and all the adults to chatter in between. I had some pizza, it was good enough (not cheesy enough for my preference but the taste was adequate). A fun time overall. I'm not inquiring about the price though lol looks a bit too fancy for me.

This is the fakest bowling alley to ever exist, everything is wrong. Came here to practice my bowling technique and it is impossible to do. Here is a list of things I wish I knew before coming: 1. Pins on strings. Not my preference- still manageable but makes for a different experience. 2. When booking online, it says shoe rentals included. There were no shoes. Make sure you wear shoes you feel comfy bowling in. It will affect your game. 3. Lanes are not oiled or properly marked!!!! This is the most important part of bowling otherwise you are just shooting blind. The balls were just going every which way regardless of how good your throw was!! 4. The space before the lane was wayyy shorter than a standard bowling alley making it impossible to do a proper approach!!! It took a whole game to adjust. I'm sure this place is fine to come for the arcade, laser tag, or other activities. But if you are expecting real bowling, you won't find it here!!!
