General Tso's lunch special with added edamame and ginger ale.
    Marilu F.

I am shook in a very positive way. I think I found my go-to Chinese restaurant. Sadly it's in the other side of the state, but hey, with how often I'm up there anyway, I won't find myself crying over missing them anytime soon. If you know me, then you know I'm a loyal follower of one Chinese restaurant and since moving away from it, I've been trying to find others up to par. Well, it's been a mission and a half. I never find one nearby that is worth it. This one is no exception, except that, well, I am so often in Tallahassee these days that it's not bad. I can go whenever I'm in town. Anyhow, my review is based solely on my order from Uber Eats. I ordered their lunch special of general Tso's chicken that included white rice and an egg roll. I also happily ordered edamame to boot, which admittedly was weird to me as I expect that in a Japanese restaurant, not a Chinese one, but no matter. That general Tso's chicken was spicy and generous. I had meals for two days. The egg roll was perfectly fried, the white rice fluffy, and surprisingly the edamame was just fine for not being a Japanese restaurant. Overall, I am shocked to find this level of quality Chinese food, seeing that, well, I live in South Florida which has many more restaurants than Tallahassee and I haven't found a replacement Chinese restaurant there. Sigh. Is it sad that I'm looking forward to going back to Tallahassee to eat more of Blossom Kitchen's food?

Very tasty Chinese food! We ordered to go but the restaurant had a nice enough ambiance and looked good for dine in too. Service was fast and friendly. Our food was ready quick and earlier than expected and we really enjoyed all the dishes we tried! The best were the lo mein and the pan fried pot stickers. The garlic sauce chicken was okay but not our favorite. The wonton soup was good too!

I have been to China 3 times and again it isn't like the food you would eat there but is is much better than the usual American Chinese food - it tastes more like food from there I like spice and the food was plenty spicy for me Beef in chili sauce is like a mini hot pot A hidden g

Warning: this is "good enough for Tallahassee" 4 states. It has zero ambiance. It's not the cleanest place, with a weird parking lot..service is fast and friendly (although it is usually done by one person). Tallahassee really lacks a good Chinese place. But this place has a few things I like and that are pretty good. Dry pot if you like Ma la flavor Very good dumplings ($8, like any other restaurants in town post Covid!!) Good eggplant with garlic sauce, eggplant with crispy tofu, Twice cooked pork Salt and pepper ribs (fried) I used to like their dry pot (about $38), but they changed what is in it. (I liked it when it had tofu, tofu stick and broccoli along with chicken, beef, and shrimp. Now it has spam, potato without tofu)

Chicken was very mixed as far as the amount that it was cooked thoroughly and soft and squishy. Quite gross.

Wow. Surprisingly delicious. Ordered honey garlic chicken, rice and egg roll. It was excellent. Enough for 2 meals This will be my new go to Chinese restaurant. A++++

Tons of items not listed online or on the Yelp app. Plan to dine in if it peaks your interest!

For "Chinese food" in a college town, Blossom has had my pocket since they opened while I was in college myself. Eight years removed from the college scene, they are still a favorite. I eat basic. Sesame chicken, Singapore noodles, egg rolls, fried rice, no peas, and some others. Their atmosphere is clean and the food is good, never any questionable tastes.

Had apparently been passing by this place for a while and didn't notice it at all; but now that I am aware, I will definitely return. Service was a tad bit slow though there wasn't a crowd, but that was ok; was worth the wait. Small, quaint space. I ordered edamame, honey chicken wings, and veggie lo mein. My friend ordered the hot plate lamb. We both enjoyed the food. I also ordered the kiwi tea, which tasted like watered-down kiwi juice, so I didn't enjoy that at all. But, the food made up for the bust with the tea :o). I will definitely visit this restaurant again. The menu is expansive and I am looking forward to trying many other items!

Gonna keep this short and sweet! We were in town for my sons wedding and while most everything revolved around eating at the home of my new in-laws or cooking ourselves @ our Airbnb, we decided to try at least one restaurant during our visit. *** THE FOOD I LOVE Singapore Mei Fun noodles! It's one of my favorite Asian dishes, so it was a no brainer when I saw it on the mobile app menu and the very reason why they won out over other choices. We also ordered their meat egg rolls and Beef Lo Mein. While we thought everything was good, the BEEF LO MEIN was the star of the show. I'd say it was one of the best I've had, but I do wish they would've offered more gravy and more beef. [4.5 stars] The SINGAPORE MEI FUN was indeed good, but lacked the flavor I wanted not to mention they were rather stingy with the meats (especially the shrimp). Also, the noodles were a tad too dry. [3.75 stars] PORK EGG ROLLS [3.75 stars] *** FINAL THOUGHTS Would definitely order here again on a future visit, but will likely request a more saucy Mei Fun & Lo Mein, both with extra meat. 2020 / 53

Don't let the lack of nice decor scare you away. This place is one of the few authentic Chinese restaurants in the area. I came to TLH for work and decided to eat lunch here. I was given a thick menu which I perused and decided on some double cooked fish - basically fish fillet chunks that are deep fried and then stir fried with bell peppers, onions, and some chili peppers. So good with white rice. Service was not great but as expected.

    Pork Ears In Red Oil

I have always liked to order Chinese food in this restaurant, and the experience has always been good. But the dishes in the past two weeks have not tasted very good, and I feel that the chef has changed! Today's Pork Ears In Red Oil~~ It feels very sticky, not fresh, very sweet, and the taste is not as good as before!

Crab Rangoon-super crispy, good filling ratio

There should be some very good choices as long as you avoid things that might have soy or similar sauces in them.

Babies crying, people jumbled everywhere, and a buffet setup that was super packed together near everything else. The good: host sat me quickly and my server was polite and super quick. I guess they got this down to a science? The bad: everything else. How the heck are these reviews high? This place was packed but I felt like if I coughed, it would be all over my neighbor and the food. It was a cluster f. I did the buffet. While they had a lot of options, it was jam packed together. And you bumped into people trying to squeeze through some areas. The sushi was mediocre. The sweet and sour chicken was off. The fried rice wasn't warm. Even my tap water tasted funny. I couldn't finish my hot sake because it tasted off. The wasabi and ginger even looked funky (I will say the wasabi had a nice kick). Best part of my meal was leaving. The miso soup was the only decent part. I should have learned my lesson from previous Asian fusion places but I guess I trusted the reviews on this one. It's clear to me; a lot of people don't have an educated palate.

The Tahu Isi was tofu filled with veggies, cabbage, onion, carrots and battered and fried. It was good but a little greasy. I liked it though and would probably order it again. The oil probably wasn't hot enough. The beef rendang had a wonderful curry aroma. I put a few spoons of it over the white rice. It was spicy with a good flavor. The meat was tender but some pieces had entirely too much fat connected. One bite was all fat. I liked the spice but be forewarned- it isn't for the faint of heart.
