However, soon as started using, saw water in the floor. Took the panel off and saw water flooding from an area. An independent repair tech came and fixed that part after they got my name and address right. Had sent him to someone else. But then still saw water, but not from that part. I've called and texted, Facebook messaged many times to no avail. I cannot get him to get out here and fix it. If I had a truck, I'd load it up and deliver it to his door so he couldn't get in the store. This is terrible business. They don't know the customers they sell to or are very organized. I so wish I'd never gave him my money. Takes advantage of people that don't have much money with many options. :(

So, I called their office (Anthony) to make a complain about the machine. So they came to check it out but not fix properly. The same problem happen again in the next few weeks. I called again and they gave me the schedule. Few times schedule but nobody ever come. So, I remind them that my warranty is almost up and I made the appointment more than 5x but no one ever show up. The office start gave me hard times & asking me $75 for visit. I explain to them I have the records of called them but no one ever come. They said it doesn't matter bcoz the warranty is up so I have to pay. So, I sell cheap my laundry & dryer to someone that able to repair the problem. I bought brand new machine from Home Depot. Lesson learn that I never ever buy machine from this company anymore. Today my sister looking use machine and wanna to buy from here and I said don't go there you will regret of their quality & services. So, please don't waste your money to deal with this kind people. It is just like a scam business selling equipment, after get your money they will disappear unless you pay more money. I don't trust their establishment. Period!

I called Mr Appliance, was scheduled, tech came out, diagnosed the problem (no part needed) and had the ice maker up and running that afternoon! We are very grateful.

At the end of Jan 2026 ... I was told they "specialize" in Bosch appliances so we had them come out for diagnostics. We were getting error msg e24 and e01. After "testing" the parts we were told BOTH the heat pump and control panel needed replaced, they quoted over $1500 for repairs. We looked at videos to replace these parts ourselves and it didn't look too difficult to install. Bought the parts, spent $918 (+$159 diagnostic fee with this company), it took less than 30 minutes to install the parts. After running the dishwasher STILL got the SAME error messages with brand new parts. Figuring maybe we did something wrong or maybe the new parts were bad, was obviously upset, ran the dishwasher 2-3 more over the next month or so, always ended with same error codes. After reviewing additional videos, found one that emphasized that the DRAIN PUMP IMPELLER cover MUST be CLICKED into place. After checking the cover, it wasn't locked into place properly, it took a little pressure but finally it clicked into place. Ran the dishwasher and haven't had a problem since. Ended up testing the original parts we took out that we were told needed replaced and there was NOTHING wrong with them. Called the company to ask why this simple fix wasn't checked to begin with and why they aren't trained regarding these types of things. Somebody named Steve returned my call, said he was going to call back and never did. A week later I called them back and Steve answered the phone, he was very rude and I probably wasn't too nice back tbh. He ultimately said since it had been a few months there was nothing they would do. He said if we had called back sooner, they would have done another diagnostic test. Which makes no sense, since I was told the parts were bad. If I hadn't done my research the actual issue would never have been fixed. My problem is that Mr. Appliance should have been aware of the most simple fixes for the Bosch product they said they specialized in. They cost us a LOT of extra money and stress, however, I AM thankful I didn't pay the company over $1500 to fix a problem that DIDN'T EVEN EXIST. If you choose this company keep in mind they may not be looking out for the customer's best interest and go with the most expensive fix when the most simple of issues could be causing the problem. They could have cared less to address my concerns. **The service was done under Shannon Smith, ask Steve he knows what this is regarding. I also left a review on BBB and Google.
