"Please", "thank you", a smile and eye contact go a long way. A customer should never be treated like a nuisance in a customer service industry. I like shopping at Ace, but if I ever have such rude service again I will be hard pressed to go back. Additionally, I looked up the store and called this morning to ask about certain items being in stock. The lady I spoke with, I did not get her name, was rude when I mentioned that maps lists the store as "permanently closed". If this was my store I would want to know so I could fix the problem. She snapped at me, "there is nothing they can do" and promptly ended the call. No one at the store has ever been so rude before, I'm not sure what's going on now. Hopefully they turn this around.

We went with a dramatic marble (not everyone's choice) and love it. My only recommendation is .....don't hurry your choice of a quality countertop because you want to enjoy it for years and years. I will say too that the installation was nearly perfect. What wasn't perfect is that are new counters that the stone sat on had high end self closing glides and the stone installers would have helped me by putting plastic over the glides before the install because some debris got in the glides during counter install and they had to be cleaned out to work properly (a small thing but a thing).
