He abruptly and in a very ugly and rude tone sad to me," No, if you don't like it, don't buy it!l". My reaction, "Wow!" So much for customer service and common courtesy to speak to a patron with respect. I was appalled by his abruptness, so was the girl. There are plenty of lovely nurseries in our valley and an awesome one in Basalt that has a beautiful sectional of perennials and garden treats. It would be worth while to make the trip to be treated with kindness and respect. Go somewhere where they appreciate your business,no matter how big or small your purchase.

I cancel plans and hang around my house, waiting. 3) No one shows up. I call during the day to inquire. I'm told by the person that answers the phone that they don't tell him much, and he can't help me. 4) I call the next day, angry. I'm told by the person that answers the phone that "he'll let Bill know." 5) More waiting the next day. I call to tell them that the flowers must be delivered while I'm here, otherwise the deer will eat several hundred dollars worth of flowers. Laughter from the same guy who told me yesterday he can't help me. Never order for Stephens. They don't respect your time or your money.
