He suggested I contact them and provide them with my order number from 2014 when I purchased the custom blind. I did so, and sure enough the part is under lifetime warranty and I can have a new blind made and shipped to my home free of charge. In my eyes, there is no other place to go for window treatments than Supreme. Our master bedroom window treatments are very delicate. We have a blackout shade and zebra shades on top.
