This is another fantastic MUST SEE Frank Lloyd Wright home…read more After seeing this one, my fiance and I have decided that we will try our very best to go and tour all of Frank's houses. When you pull up to this house, there is a neighborhood that is built around it. Everything preserved though that is on the property, so no need to worry. Sadly, it was raining when we went, but we still were able to have a great experience. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and went quite in depth for each part of the house. I think the tour was about an hour or so. These types of houses are very interesting because while you are being told about how the room was built, how it was used or something else related to Frank or the house, you can truly picture yourself as a member of the family that lived in the house. The tour is so great I'd do it again! Photos attached are from online. No phones allowed so I left mine in the car. Only posting pictures from the outside. See for yourself for the inside!

We were lucky to arrange a private tour--it was off-season and the house was normally closed for…read moretours. Our guides were Harvey and Steve, who took us through every part of the house and answered all of our questions. Steve was a patient and knowledgeable guide, and Harvey provided a wealth of stories and anecdotes that added to our appreciation of the house. As an early Wright Usonian, Affleck is well worth a visit, especially in understanding how these houses and plans evolved over time.

The judge I had in this court is honestly I believe fed up with her job. Who wouldn't be? Maybe…read moreyou get recognition and a really good salary but it is the same day after day. The one thing I would encourage is get and pay for an attorney. She sees that a recognition of her power. She totally ignores court appointed attorneys as well she should as they spend maybe a total of 5 minutes reviewing your case with you. In my case (if you want names contact me personally) the court appointed attorney tripped over her own shoe laces. Smart Start is a POS but you cannot fight them. Just make sure every time you test is says "data upload" if it does not they may loose data and it will be deemed as you did not take the test. Do not believe the court or the probation officer is there to help you. The probation officer will just further adjudicate you and will offer no assistance with required reports or malfunctions by Smart Start. Keep your nose clean and follow your probation in detail. The court and the probation office IS NOT THERE TO HELP YOU - YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN.

I don't know if I'm supposed review courts, but I'm going to anyway. Feel free to delete…read more I understand that some people speed and deserve tickets. Hell, I was one of those people over in Lansing. The cop was nice enough to give me a warning (thank goodness for clear driving records). My mom has a clear driving record. The cop said she was speeding in a construction zone that doesn't exist. She wants to fight it. She also didn't have her registration on her. She goes to the court once, to get the registration thing taken off. They said all taken care of. They mail her a 'pre hearing'. I understand that it costs the city money to get cops off and what have you. But it also costs people money to take a day off of work to go fight a ticket. So we go, and we see some sort of magistrate who is very rude to my mother and I. He jokes with me, "Are you sure you weren't the bad driver?" Lo and behold, this process was stupid. It wasted time, and my mother had to go back another time to fight the ticket with the judge and officer. Of course, not in a fair manner. Her time was scheduled at 10:30am. The judge told her that she had to give the cop 30 minutes to show up. She had to wait until Noon to show up. Meanwhile, 10 other people in front of her had their case dismissed, while she had to pay a fine, and not get a day of work. I think this district is just trying to mess with people. Many homes are foreclosed in this area (I should know...) and people can't afford to take time off work without being worried about a layoff. Your cops have jobs. It doesn't technically cost you most of anything to have a cop come into court on time.
