I paid $845.50 to book and then paid $3,000 toward my $8,750 surgery. After taking my money, I was told I needed additional clearance from a neurologist, despite being a healthy 34-year-old. I ultimately requested a refund. Out of the money I paid, they kept the $845.50 booking payment PLUS another $500 from my $3,000 payment. That is $1,345.50 they have kept after I requested my money back. I also have serious concerns about the surgeon's credentials and encourage anyone considering surgery here to independently verify the surgeon's board-certification status with the appropriate medical board rather than relying solely on what you are told during the booking process. I have receipts and documentation of my payments, refund request, and communications. If the company responds to this review, I am happy to provide the documentation supporting my experience. I am requesting the return of the $1,345.50 that was retained. Please note: I intend to continue sharing my experience until this refund dispute is resolved.
