On Tuesday, 9/23/25, I telephoned the store looking for a particular scent. The very nice store clerk put two candles in that scent on hold for me. When I arrived on Thursday, 9/25/25, to pick up my holds, she and another store clerk were both very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The customer service was the perfect combination of asking whether I needed help and letting me browse and sniff as I love to do in Yankee Candle stores. The two candles that the one store clerk had picked out and put on hold for me were beautiful, and I bought a total of five candles in this visit. This store was very neat, organized, and well stocked, and it had a great selection of scents, including many that that I had not seen at other Yankee Candle outlet stores in the area (inventory differs among stores).
