The pedicure chairs are incredibly comfortable and feel truly high-end. Vicky did my pedicure and was so gentle, precise, and meticulous. The finished result looked very clean and polished. However they insisted on cash or Venmo. I don't carry cash and my phone was dead (so no access to Venmo). HOWEVER they forced me to charge my phone with the salon charger so they can receive tip through Venmo. This was humiliating and not to mention entitled of the salon to assume that they earned a tip. They acted this way even though there were other customers in the salon watching all of this happen. After charging my phone for a min, they admitted that they can accept tip through card. I told your tech I was coming in to fix my nails so late because I was going on vacation the next day, which is why I couldn't come back to fix them. I also paid $100 WITH tip just to fix my original broken nail so why would I return again to pay so much for a terrible job?
