I followed her from my previous salon as she truly is that wonderful. Her hand and foot massages are absolutely magical... The shop itself is immaculate with a lovely ambiance. Missing one star as Nail Bliss is a tad too formal and strict with their policies towards staff. Albeit, to maintain a professional atmosphere, and have a quiet peaceful environment, there is no communication amongst employees themselves or with their clients. Which may be uncomfortable at times for the customer as it results in an "unnatural" flow of being too staid and stiff. The pedicure chairs are incredibly comfortable and feel truly high-end. Vicky did my pedicure and was so gentle, precise, and meticulous. The finished result looked very clean and polished. Jessy refreshed my manicure and she was amazing. She is extremely detail-oriented, very kind, and took the time to give helpful advice about what treatment would work best for my nails next time. My nails look beautiful and the shape and finish are exactly what I wanted. The salon itself is very clean and organized, and I appreciated that the tools are properly sterilized and disposable where appropriate. They also offered coffee, tea, water, and even a small sweet treat, which made the visit feel extra welcoming. As a first-time customer, I also received a coupon for my next visit and a cute anime keychain as a thank-you gift. They also offer double points for discounted services when you pay cash, which is a nice bonus. Overall, the attention to detail, cleanliness, comfort, and customer care really stood out. I will definitely be coming back regularly.

I was greeted right away, accommodated as a walk-in, and genuinely felt taken care of from start to finish. The salon is cute, spacious, and beautifully decorated with tons of color options. The gentleman at the front even helped start my powder removal while I waited for my technician, which I really appreciated. I also loved the thoughtful touches -- the little silicone stylus so you can use your phone while your nails are soaking, the iPhone stand, and the lotion/scrub treatment at the end because my hands were so dry. My technician was patient, checked in with me throughout, and made sure the color and finish were exactly what I wanted. Two weeks later, my nails are still holding up beautifully, and I especially appreciate that the powder isn't thick -- it looks like my real nails. Even at checkout, the person at the front was kind and helpful, and I appreciated the flexible payment options. The only thing missing is a loyalty program or punch card for return customers -- I'd sign up in a heartbeat!

Many times the polish comes off or chips easily within 1-2 days and this is INCLUDING gel. I noticed they dont polish the tip of your nail so that it can decrease the chances of chipping. When you do math correctly it's $125. I was paying with cash mind you. I tipped her $26, so it came out to $153. I gave her $160 in cash and she seemed offended that I said give me back $10, to give her a $23 tip. She said only $23. To be fair she worked on my hands for almost two hours so I added $3 more bucks. I only came here because someone died train surfing. I don't see myself coming back here depending on how long these last. It was my first time ever being in pain from getting my nails done. Normally I get acrylic with gel color, never felt pain. The nail tech did say this was normal. The inside was very nice and clean. The noise level was very low. I liked my nail tech, she did move my hands around a lot. I never experienced a nail tech being like this before. I explained I have issues with my wrists and that my hands were stiff. She commented on my feet being stiff as well, I can't control that because I disassociate so I don't laugh from being tickled, I have sensitive feet. The same person did my toes and my fingers. I appreciated that because normally it's two different people. I didnt like how short my toes were cut, they were being dug into. My cuticles are like gone. My fingers do have some cuts on them. The techs own nails were digging into my skin while she was holding my hands. The place I normally go its less than $100. I guess the price goes with the neighborhood. I'll see how these two weeks go then I'll decide if I want to go back. Its a 50/50 chance, I would recommend them tho. Only giving three stars for now because I'm not sure how long they will last. My toes also don't match my hands, my ocd is a little upset.

There are a few other things but all in all the pedicure and manicure came out nice. No shoulder massage after the service, which is normal practice in other salons.
