After being promised that they would last two weeks this is what they look like. Half of them fell out and because the tech wasn't experienced or trained she placed one set of lashes so poorly that It gave me an eye infection. I went into the shop today to get my money back and the tech cursed me out and refused to give me all of my money back. She said she didn't know how to remove them and when I asked for a license she had nothing to show. DONT EVER COME HERE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!! I love supporting local small businesses, especially when the owners are as professional and extremely sweet as Simone. The facial left my skin as soft as a baby's bottom The beds are heated & infused with essential oils, the room has a wonderful ambiance with the twinkle lights and lavender, and my hour with Simone is one I look forward to every two weeks.
