The color didn't match and when she asked about it, they said it was the only one they had in that length and that they couldn't bleach it to match. They didn't style it or even want to blow dry it. They rushed her out the door and made it clear they just wanted her gone. No care, no effort, and no professionalism. They refused to fix it or refund her and didn't take any responsibility at all. I had heavy blonde highlights , washed out with my natural medium dark brown. I asked her for root color and toner on highlights. She gave me an unfriendly speech and wanted me to sign an agreement before she does my hair because she couldn't keep my hair as blonde as is and wanted to go 1-2 levels down, while I ensured her I understand hair color job and it's okay because I only had 1.5 hours time. She even brought a paper and a pen for signing. I must say the owner looked a nice and reasonable person, the owner came last minute and said signature is not necessary perhaps because she saw I was talking with her loyal customer there and we knew each other. So be aware if you're new to their salon Lena's behavior may be insulting. Next, I explained Lena it's okay to go darker but don't like green tone. I told her I do not have orange or red pigments in my natural or colored hair so if you're using darker shades with blue base, use your techniques to avoid any green. She acted like that's not my place to explain her that and selfishly gave me an olive dark brown hair. I didn't have time to escalate it to manager so I let it go because my hair was healthy and the low light was clean and well done. But she obviously didn't know how to work with color tonnage of blonde bleached hair on dark hairs , and she was zero welcoming to me who doesn't look like of her usual customers. Like, yeah, maybe it fits the ask. But it's not feminine or flattering to my face shape. The beehive I was stuck with made it so I couldn't even clawclip it until it grew out (the whole top of my hair would hang over the clip). They were nice. But don't go here unless you have very basic, conventional hair needs (standard trims, curtain bangs, blowouts).
