I asked for a shampoo & blow dry, with an add-on service of a head massage. Let me tell you, that head massage is the Ultimate, with soft spa music playing in the background. This salon is on the pricy side but well worth it for a special "Me" treat. Note: they also offer wedding/prom 'dos, makeup sessions and more. I had a very disappointing experience with this salon and won't be returning…read more At my first appointment, I booked highlights. The stylist, Rachel, told me we could only do part of my hair that day and would need a second appointment to finish. I trusted her professional advice, even though the end result was clearly uneven -- highlights only on the top of my head and none underneath. Even though I wasn't happy, I still tipped her and politely booked a second appointment to fix the bottom section. At my second appointment, things got even worse. I waited about 15-16 minutes, only to be told there was a "miscommunication" -- I had been booked for the wrong service and with the wrong stylist. I had specifically requested Amber to fix my hair, but she was already with another client. So not only was my hair not done correctly the first time, but my time was completely wasted the second time as well. I drove there for nothing and left feeling stressed and frustrated. Overall, this experience felt very unprofessional and poorly managed. I gave them a second chance and was still let down. I won't be coming back.

My 4 year old has very long thick hair and I went in for a trim and some light face framing. When Juana was heavily trying to convince me to let her do an under cut, I was concerned how experienced she was but she was already cutting so I hoped for the best. At the end, she braided her hair which I thought was odd until I got home and took it out. She knew she messed up and she clearly just wanted to hide it in the braid. Honestly shocked a simple trim can be this screwed up. Went somewhere else to have it fixed and even that stylist couldn't believe a licensed stylist did this. You really do get what you pay for :(
