Panicked, I went online and looked up blonde specialists, and Hair by Zoe came up immediately. The scheduling process was easy. You can book online, and yes, they are open on Monday! A rarity for any salon and so appreciated as I had to fix my hair before going out of town. I was anxious that Zoe would see my orange/purple hair and turn me away. Instead, she was professional, knowledgeable, and best of all, personable. Zoe was so kind and empathetic with the process, even staying later than normal. Her disposition put me at ease. Even though we just met, the entire appointment was fun! Like talking to a girlfriend Ive known for years.
