Dug a trench around the downstairs garage and completely sealed the outside wall. Put a new retaining wall around our in ground pool. Careful with this business...I spent $2400 on a small landscape project. Let me start by saying I…read moreneeded assistance with this type of project because I don't know very much about landscaping. I worked with Danielle who was great (only reason for 2 stars). The project consisted of 4 Rhododendron and 5 or 6 Cherry Laurel. Well one of the Rhododendron died and the Cherry Laure were infested with some type of white flying insects to the point of destruction. I called with the hope of resolving the situation and they were very responsive. Danielle acknowledged that the Cherry Laurels are prone to these white flies (maybe would have liked to have known that the first time) and suggested replacing with 2 Viburnum and 4 Cat Mint. Then I find out this replacement project will cost $1350 with no cost to replace the dead Rhododendron. At first I thought the total replacement price was going to be $675 which I thought was reasonable...but that was just the 50% down payment. I was going to back out of the project but did not want to deal with the insect infestation so I reluctantly moved forward. They completed the project and it looks kind of pathetic. They did not remove any weeds that were under the Laurels and they did not re-mulch the area. The plantings are sparse and very underwhelming. I could have done better myself. So after spending $3750 with the company, my suggestion is...do it yourself or shop around.

This company took decent care of our plowing and sidewalks during snow events for a couple of…read moreyears. He was steady and reliable. His prices were workable. Each year he would present us with a new contract that we would sign and then we knew we'd be all set. First snow today, no plowed parking lot and no shoveled sidewalks. We placed a call. After he literally hemmed and hawed on the phone for a bit he lets out that he's got a bigger and better client then us. He doesn't NEED us anymore. We are too rinky dink for him now, I guess. We tried to explain to him that this is not the way to handle a business! You don't just drop a loyal customer without an explanation! But hey, good luck with your new Kingly client. I hope he doesn't leave you like you left us. Not good. Not good at all. Sigh. Does anyone know a good snowplow person for a small manufacturing co? Please? Thanks!
