I had my Hustler Super Z 60" mower rebuilt at the New Holland Shop in 2019. The mower was leaking oil and not running right. After the rebuild I had to take the mower back twice for leaking oil and leaking gas. That cost $1242. I used the mower for 29 hours in 2020 and the mower engine completely completely came loose from the bottom of the engine bracket. The mower was shaking all over and oil was running everywhere on the driveway and in the yard. Since I had to take the mower back to New Holland shop twice, I did not trust them again. I took it to an independent shop and watch them take out the bottom bolts of the motor that were hand tight. Three of the 10 bolts were missing and the remaining 7 were hand tight. I had the local shop rebuild the mower completely and rebuild the carb, and replace the rings and valve guides and the cost was only $900. My recommendation is to never use the Power Pro in New Holland. I brought this to their attention and they just said they were sorry. SORRY? read more

Went in looking for a zero turn mower. Our sales guy Jim Martin sounded knowledgable. We decided on a Hustler Raptor SD with a Kawasaki engine. We elected to do the free financing for 42 months at 0% interest. Jim took our paperwork and said he'd call us. We ended up having to call him to find out the status. Told him we wanted a new mower out of the box, not one that was sitting outside in the weather. Was told it was all set up and we set a date for delivery. Day of delivery I took off a day of work to be around for delivery (they couldnt give a time frame beforehand). Called in at noonish to find out out when the mower might be coming. They had everything all messed up. Told our mower was coming to us out of Lebanon location. We were told to call there. Lebanon branch told us they had been sent up the wrong mower (a Kawasaki engine, not a kohler) um thats what we DID ask for! So it wasnt on their delivery truck! So NOT out for delivery. Jim tried to blame Vinny (at the Lebanon) or all the mess up. Vinny ended up delivering us our mower himself after he closed up shop for the day. The mower we received one that had been test drove and sitting out at New Holland Location. It had an hour on the hour meter. Jim lied to us all around. Our paperwork was messed up. Charged more on financing paperwork for the Kawasaki engine (Jim never mentioned this!) We complained and didnt sign it. They redid the pw and we had to go in to sign it. 0% isnt that... is is .57% for 48 months. Not impressed with Jim Martin from New Holland Location. Vinny at Lebanon was more than helpful to clean up Jims crap. Beware when buying here. DONT BE MISLEAD! Use someone other than Jim, he's not honest. read more

went in looking for a riding mower. jim martin was very helpful. he took time to show me all the options available . i decided on a new husqvarna, they did not have the one i chose at the new holland location. jim had it shipped in from another location. very fast service. jim kept me informed every step of the way. thank you jim for the outstanding, honest, excellent, friendly , courteous service. i will be back for future needs. read more
