This review is for the mower Service. I bought my Ariens…read morezero turn from them 10 years ago. It stopped going forward and back one day. I bought a new drive belt from them but that did not fix it because the belt was still loose. They came and picked up the mower letting me know ahead of time how much pickup and delivery would be. It was actually done and delivered the next day. When it was dropped off I was given a very detailed account of everything they did, lots of nuts and bolts missing or sheared, oil change etc. The bill was extremely reasonable. They have fantastic "old fashioned" Service yet fully up to date knowledge.

Ephrata Agway did the fencing around our inground pool. During the installation they dropped a…read moredigging iron into our brand-new pool and ripped the liner. I understand accidents happen, however what is not excusable is they never told us it happened and when we noticed the pool was not retaining water, they tried to say the heater was leaking water. If you make a mistake own up to it. They told our pool company about their error but never contacted us or offered us any kind of apology. Absolutely terrible customer service. We will not use them again and will never recommend them to anyone.

They were neat and clean and did not leave the yard a mess. They treated our property as they would their own. They answered all my questions and never made me feel disruptive.
