She's also great at what she does, administering painless injections at each visit. The place is clean and comfortable. Scheduling is quick and easy. Covering, hiding, overthinking... all of it. But this week, I let that go. Getting a spray tan can feel so vulnerable. But!! It's quick, it's intimate, and you're literally standing there in your most natural state. And somehow, I felt completely safe. Ash made me feel so comfortable, so seen, and so confident in my own skin... exactly the way I strive to make my brides feel. It reminded me that it's just skin. Imperfect, real, beautiful skin. And I'm so grateful to know someone who pours into others the way she does Here's your reminder: you don't have to be "perfect" to feel beautiful.

Dr. Julie McClellan and Intentional Wellness have been a total game changer for me…read more For 7 years, I slept 3 hours or less per night. I had tried everything to remedy the problem, and "exhausted" was an understatement. After just one month of following a plan from Intentional Wellness, I was sleeping 4 hours a night--a 33% increase right off the bat. By the second month, I was up to 7 hours, and by the third month, 8 hours. The plan utilized Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT). I had actually tried HRT years ago with a different doctor, but that provider was overly conservative, moved forward with minimal doses, required endless monthly appointments, and made zero progress after 8 months. If you struggle with sleep issues or osteoporosis, I cannot recommend Intentional Wellness enough. I've dealt with osteoporosis for 15 years, starting unusually early in life. None of my primary care doctors or specialists ever shared that HRT could also support bone health--our standard medical system can be so frustrating when it comes to educating women. If you want a provider who is a good listener and willing to have real conversations, schedule an appointment with Dr. Julie McClellan. She is worth every penny!
