It suddenly closed without notice after a lot promotion sale services and only give us a email contact. The staff said the owner still finding a new buyer. They sounds like will contact you not long. I still have more than ten Hobart services prepaid. Then after so long no contacts, they now sell to a new buyer, and without offering the service or information to old clients or pay back our prepaid money. They start to sell new membership and services again. It's terrible.

Dr. Julie McClellan and Intentional Wellness have been a total game changer for me…read more For 7 years, I slept 3 hours or less per night. I had tried everything to remedy the problem, and "exhausted" was an understatement. After just one month of following a plan from Intentional Wellness, I was sleeping 4 hours a night--a 33% increase right off the bat. By the second month, I was up to 7 hours, and by the third month, 8 hours. The plan utilized Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT). I had actually tried HRT years ago with a different doctor, but that provider was overly conservative, moved forward with minimal doses, required endless monthly appointments, and made zero progress after 8 months. If you struggle with sleep issues or osteoporosis, I cannot recommend Intentional Wellness enough. I've dealt with osteoporosis for 15 years, starting unusually early in life. None of my primary care doctors or specialists ever shared that HRT could also support bone health--our standard medical system can be so frustrating when it comes to educating women. If you want a provider who is a good listener and willing to have real conversations, schedule an appointment with Dr. Julie McClellan. She is worth every penny!

I'm disappointed with my experience due to ongoing lack of communication regarding my membership. I…read morecalled to place my membership on hold at the beginning of 2025 because I work 60-80 hour weeks and ranch 3 hours away, on the weekends. After being unable to reach anyone by phone I went into the gym and the owner's teenage son assisted me. He told me my account was now on hold and that I could call or come in anytime to reactivate it. I was not informed that the hold was temporary, that the membership would automatically restart, or that my rate would increase. I was surprised to see charges to my debit card totaling $260 for August, September, October, and November at a rate of $65 per month. My membership had previously been $45 a month. If I had known the membership would automatically reactivate or increase in price, I would have chosen to cancel at the time I placed the hold. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue by calling, coming in November 18th, emailing on December 2nd, and Instagram DM'ing on December 12th, I have received zero correspondence or response. Since I was not charged again on December 15, I can only assume my membership has now been cancelled, though this was never communicated to me. The nice, new equipment isn't worth the lack of reliability or customer service.
