Gosh, I don't even know where to begin! Booking with Damon was so easy and effortless. We traveled with 6 people ages 69-37 and most of us had never been to this part of California. We had no idea which wineries to book so when I ran across Bliss Wine Tours on TripAdvisor, I felt like I had won the lottery! Damon sent me a list of questions for our group to answer so he could put together an itinerary for us to review. We didn't change a thing and I'm sure glad we didn't. Every single winery had something different to offer and was a unique experience. We traveled to 6 different wineries over 2 days and I was worried we wouldn't get enough wine. That fear was completely incorrect as we left every day feeling like we got to taste plenty of wine! We tasted wine in many different places. The first place was a warehouse - which sounds weird but it was the coolest experience. There was the cutest table setup for us right beside the barrels. The winemaker let us try so many wines and we even got to try it directly from the barrel! They also served the most delicious cheeses! The other places we got to do wine tastings were inside a more rustic barn right by the vineyard with the cutest pug as one of the hosts. The human host got out his guitar and sang songs for us which was the biggest treat! The next day we were in a wine cave! It was probably the coolest thing I've done! The wine was amazing and so was the ambiance. Next we went to the prettiest winery and sat outside on a covered patio. It was rainy and cold but they had plenty of heaters and the coziest blankets. This was a wine and food pairing and the food was top notch! Our whole group loved it even though we have picky eaters. Damon arranged all of these tours for us and his driver Jon was phenomenal. He knew so much about wine and the local area. We loved being with someone so passionate about his job. Damon also arranged transportation from the SFO airport to the hotel in Sonoma. We had Colton as our driver and he was also personable and wonderful. If you have a choice, definitely book with Damon at Bliss Wines. You will not be disappointed! Best trip ever!

Myself and 4 girlfriends decided to plan a bucket list trip to Napa. A business contact of mine was headed out to Napa before myself and said he had booked a day with Bliss Wine Tours. I didn't have any other recommendations, so I went for it and sent the owner an email. Within a week or so he had provided me with a suggested 2 day winery tour itinerary based off of the groups' preferences for wine. Since this was my first trip, I said "I trust you, book em!" Boy - I had no idea what a treat we were in for. Every single stop, every single sip of wine just exceeded my expectations. I'm still dreaming of this trip and can't wait to go back. Last, but most certainly not least...I want to give a huge shout out and much appreciation to our driver, Gary. What a heck of a guy! He put up with 5 of us 30 something females who thoroughly enjoyed imbibing wine at each stop and sang 90's pop music at the top of our lungs pretty much anytime we were in the car! He was so knowledgeable about the area and, of course, about wine. He is well respected and known by all of the wineries we stopped at. We were lucky to have such an easy going gentleman taking care of us! Can't wait to come back and hire Bliss again!!!

Very professional and interesting commentary. A great wine tour. Not cheap but worth it.

Abraham was our guide and started us off with a glass of Sauvignon Blanc as we started our tour of the caves. He provided a nice history of the winery and the caves and then we were escorted to a private room having a beautiful view of the vineyards and mountains, to taste the various estate Cabernet Sauvignons. Stag's Leap Wine Cellars make some of the best Cabernet Sauvignon in the valley. Abraham LED us through the various estate cabs finishing off with the 100-point CasK 23. We were with a very fun group and Abraham did a great job of guiding us through the wines. To finish off he let us taste a collaboration wine between Stag's Leap Wine Cellars and Stag's Leap Winery after they completed their negotiations over trademarks. Would recommend visiting Stags Leap Wine Cellars anytime you're in the Napa Valley area. Or even making a special trip just to visit Stag's Leap.

Understanding that Winiarski couldn't run this forever and the sale being the succession plan available to him, the results are massive tour buses and staff that read from a script and lack an understanding of the winery's role in putting Napa literally on the map. At least they ditched the expanded branding / vintages / blends and have returned to their roots. Skip the winery, buy Fay, SLV or Cask 23 off the website or from your local wine store - and visit elsewhere.

My girlfriend and I recently did the Legacy experience aboard the Napa Valley Wine Train and…read morehonestly it was one of the best experiences we've had together. We started our experience with commemorative Legacy pins which was a really nice touch as soon as we sat down there was champagne waiting for us at our table and the staff throughout the entire journey was friendly attentive. The train itself is beautiful and the ride through Napa Valley was fabulous. We started the morning with the Smoked Salmon Egg Benedict while enjoying wine and the scenery outside the windows. Later my girlfriend ordered the Cracked Mustard Cider Glazed Salmon and I had the Grilled Beef Tenderloin and both dishes were incredible. Everything tasted fresh high quality and beautifully presented. You can tell a lot of care goes into both the food and the overall experience. One of my favorite parts of the entire experience was visiting the wineries throughout the journey. Each stop gave us time to explore relax enjoy tastings and really take in the atmosphere Napa Valley is known for. We were also able to shop around for little gifts and even brought home a bottle of wine from one of the wineries which made the experience even more memorable. I brought my drone with me and was able to capture some incredible videos and photos of the vineyards and scenery which honestly made the experience feel even more unreal. Throughout the ride we also enjoyed wine tastings coffee pairings and small bites including the Chef's Cheese Course with fresh bread cheeses olives and local honey which paired perfectly together. The standout moment for me was honestly dessert. My girlfriend got the chocolate brownie dessert and it seriously melted in your mouth. I had the sherbet assortment which was super refreshing and the perfect way to finish such an amazing meal. I also want to give a shoutout to Carlos for being an amazing host and server throughout the experience. Even with a large group onboard he stayed attentive friendly and made sure every guest felt taken care of from start to finish. The entire six-hour experience flew by and every part of it felt well thought out. Between the food wine winery stops scenery and hospitality this is absolutely something I would recommend to anyone visiting Napa Valley.

The rail follows alongside the highway so views were not necessarily 'outstanding' because I was on the train. I do not need to ride this train to see these views. I did not have to drive, that brings the rating up, but there are MANY ways to not drive in Napa. It was a little rickety, but acceptable. The food, 2/5 stars, substandard for the cost. Portions were small (half a piece of bacon, 1 small egg for a Benedict, etc.) and taste was middle of the road. The service/staff 4/5. Most everyone was very hospitable and did their job well. However, it did feel as if we were 'just another group'. Everything is very script and not especially personalized. For example, I'm on a wine train and no one asked my wine preference. Which brings me to the wine we tasted on the train 1/5. I expected a higher quality of tastings. In addition, offer a choice of flight, white or red or a mix of both. Or, hear me out...offer wine pairings for each course (included with my ticket, not for extra cost). Stopping at the sign and enjoying the tasting in the open car was a wonderful choice, wine selection is greatly lacking and to be honest, a great disappointment. Overall, I enjoyed my time, but this was not necessarily due to being on the Napa train specifically, it was because I was on vacation in Napa. I could see the business cutting costs in almost every aspect and that is unfair because I am paying a premium cost of approx. $100/h. And for some of that time, I'm at the winery and not even on the train. Which brings me to the end of my rating, for the stops 2.9/5. The stops felt rushed, especially our first stop. They are about an hour each, but this includes disembark and reembark times. I wanted a little more time at each winery to make a purchase or walk the grounds. I will not be recommending this particular experience, I believe many improvements can be made. Lastly, I booked this experience due to several social media content creators experience. These creators are getting their experiences paid for. Be sure to read ratings from those of us not being sponsored.

Hands Down the Best Driver in Napa Valley!…read more I discovered George on Yelp, and after comparing other Napa car services--many quoting well over $1,000 for wine tours--it's clear why his customers rave about him. His reviews truly say it all! There were plenty of reasons we chose George over the rest. From our very first contact, George was incredibly responsive and communicative. I had a party of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids) for my husband's 40th birthday celebration and needed a vehicle that could securely accommodate a car seat with a latch system--his car was absolutely perfect. He arrived right on time, greeted us warmly, and was super easy to talk to. Throughout the day, George consistently arrived within minutes at each of our destinations. He didn't just drop us off--he guided us to the exact entrances and exits of every winery, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. On top of that, he shared insightful feedback about why each winery is special, adding a whole new level of appreciation to our tour. Another bonus, he provided water in an iced cooler and white glove door service! What really stood out was George's impressive local knowledge. Without even needing navigation, he expertly drove us from Petaluma to Napa while sharing fascinating stories and history about the wineries, estates, and the region itself. If you want a professional, friendly, affordable, and knowledgeable driver for your Napa experience, George is your guy! Highly recommend and would easily book him for our next trip!
