The property is lovely, and the historic Champagne Cellars are definitely worth exploring. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service. I accidentally left my jacket behind--a simple jacket, but one with tremendous sentimental value. KC More-Johnson from Guest Services responded within the hour, worked with the tasting room team to locate it, and even arranged to have it shipped back to me so I wouldn't have to drive back to Sonoma. KC went above and beyond to help. Her kindness, prompt communication, and genuine care meant so much to me. We'll definitely be back!

I went with high expectations for an amazing and beautiful experience. I seen the winery on the segment for Sonoma on Channel 2. I was sadly disappointed with everything except the grounds. Which were beautiful and very welcoming. Our server was a young lady that had not much of a personality and lack of enthusiasm for the wine or the winery. The wine was ok. We did notice that unlike other wineries, there was no talk of joining their membership. Not sure that was their policy or the server's lack of participation. No need to go back! I strongly suggest that you find another spot.

I was a bit in a panic because the driver I had set up several months prior cancelled on me. I called around and several companies were already booked. Paul's company was booked the Saturday, but available on Sunday. He went above and beyond and began to reach out to other companies for me and secured someone for me for Saturday. I didn't have to work with two different companies, all communications remained through him and pricing remained the same. Our two drivers (Burt & Steve) were on time, professional and super friendly. They had fantastic vehicles that were clean and more than comfortable. My friends and I had an amazing time this weekend and Paul's team made it even more special. I truly can't say how much I appreciated the level of service we received from beginning to end. Thanks Paul, Burt and Steve!!

From the start Valet of the Moon was super communicative and sooooo knowledgeable of the valley! They sent over great options of a variety of vineyards to visit. We were carefree and so relaxed as Colleen treated us like royalty but kept us in perfect sync with our schedule. She met us at our B&B--right on time--and was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about the Sonoma area. She was very accommodating when we discussed our favorite wines and places we hoped to visit during the day. In addition to taking us to the places we requested, she managed to squeeze in several off-the-beaten-path gems that really made the day memorable. (Small Vines was our favorite--definitely worth a stop.) Also, she took us to a sandwich shop that we really liked, I wish I could remember the name. (I blame the tastings..) Regardless, Sharon is definitely a guide that cares about her passengers and makes sure that everyone leaves Sonoma with terrific memories.

Ever since Foley has taken over, the product and especially the service has taken a slow but steady nosedive. I've had so many good memories at this winery, that it's hard to fathom that it has come to this. Spend your time and money elsewhere.

First, Melanie set us up with a limo to take us to several wineries and an amazing wine collective in Yountville. Second, Melanie put together a half day bike tour for our group in Sonoma to visit several wineries and a cheese factory. Booking with Melanie was super easy. She asked me what our group's preferences were, what our budget was and if we had any special requests / needs. She handled all of the booking fees, payments and confirmations. Before the trip, Melanie sent me a very detailed itinerary with our driver's name, contact information, the contact people at each winery, directions just in case the driver didnt have them (was not an issue) and the cost for each part of the day trip. Melanie was also reachable while we were out there in case anything came up (was not an issue - everything ran smoothly). Melanie was also incredibly helpful providing restaurant recommendations, shopping excursion ideas and providing a general sense of what attractions there were in Napa / Sonoma beyond wineries. Having someone else book the group trips (for a very reasonable cost) and getting a local's perspective on the wineries and places we should visit made the trip so much easier to plan and it was much more relaxing once we got there as I knew everything was taken care of. I would definitely recommend Melanie and Booker and Butler to any family, friends or colleagues who are going to Napa and Sonoma.
