The nails are way too thick and wide. Many of the fingers are a completely different size than the other hand. I somehow feel uglier than I did when I walked in. I was then charged almost $60 for gel that I didn't request. It was a $5 up charge to change the shape to coffin, even though the nails were hardly altered and are still extremely wide. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed in the service. Edit: not 12 hours later and my fingers feel like they were slammed on by a car door. They hurt so much. Extremely upset.

Sat down at the station and double checked what the regular polish price is.. he told me $55. I said well then I want gel that's silly... he said no gel would be $75. Wait... why? They charge $5 for shape, $10 for long nails, $15 for gel and $30 for fill. It's on their price menu. He said it depended on the nail tech... not cool. He did end up changing the price to $45 but I just felt really uncomfortable about this price difference. I wasn't asking for any designs or anything extra. They fixed it I just felt silly cause everyone was staring.. I just always speak up when I feel taken advantage of. And I kinda did. The French tip polish also didn't fully cover the sides of some of the nails, and the nail service took quite a long time. Overall, our pedicures and waxing were a great experience, but we were disappointed with the quality and durability of my daughter's full set. We were all in town visiting family and wish we could have gone back to have her nails fixed or get a refund, but we had already returned to Georgia.

I needed a removal before getting a new acrylic set, and I am happy to say it was done properly by gently filing and soaking. While I had to wait for my nails to soak, the tech had me sit in one of the open massage chairs for pedicures, so relaxing! When it was time to apply my new set, the nail tech was very patient and took the time to show me various glitters and gems she had. She also communicated throughout my appointment to make sure I was happy with the shape, length, and design. She did an excellent job, I LOVE the results. Everyone at the salon was friendly and helpful, and the services are reasonably priced.

I initially paid for them, but as soon as my daughter saw them - she was like - MOM - you need to tell them you're not paying for those - they're HIDEOUS. And she INJURED you. She also used white dip powder to finalize the right hand instead of clear, so I have goopy white powder on top of the color. Basically, run screaming in the other direction.

I know it is new and just opened, and based on the pictures I saw posted on social media, it looks promising. I booked an appointment for my mother and me around 11 AM on a Saturday. We showed up at 10:55 AM and didn't get seen until 11:22 PM. I found this a bit irritating, since what is the point of booking an appointment if you're not seen in a timely manner? In addition, it looks as if this place is understaffed. At most, there were seven employees working on clients when we arrived, and about three clients were waiting to be seen in addition to ourselves. Let's discuss the pros. First of all, the establishment is very beautiful. The room is beautifully decorated. They have exquisite decor and plenty of pedicure chairs and manicure stations. They have gorgeous chandeliers and bar stations where you can get drinks and snacks. Additionally, I was very pleasantly surprised by their selection of nail colors. However, the negatives outweigh the positives. If you are a plus-size individual or elderly, the pedicure stations may not be for you. My mother, being older and plus-size, had difficulty fitting into the chairs and stepping up onto the tall step to get into them. She informed me afterwards that she didn't really enjoy her experience since she was uncomfortable during most of it. Furthermore, she tried to tell her pedicurist not to dig into the corner of her nail bed, but he either ignored or misunderstood her request and contradicted her. As for me, I got a basic dip manicure, and my manicurist was interesting...I found him to be a bit unprofessional. First, he was complaining to me about a client he had just dealt with who hadn't even left the establishment. I understand sometimes you have to deal with bad clients, but I don't think it's appropriate to discuss them with other clients, and even while they're still in the same building. He also asked me about the previous nail salon I frequented, which he apparently had worked at before. He then continued ranting about how terrible that place was. Finally, he then tried to coerce me into writing a positive review on Google to get a, wait for it, free lotion pack. Oh, wow, how exciting! I finally realized in this moment that all those five-star reviews on Google were starting to make sense. Overall, my dip manicure was mediocre at best -- nothing to write home about. I'm not a fan of establishments trying to push their clientele for positive reviews. It should come authentically -- good or bad. I probably won't be back
