My aesthetician was Kat and she was amazing. I went for a full Brazilian wax, underarms and upper lip wax. I used their premium wax which is hypoallergenic and great for sensitive skin. She gave me some great skin tips. I scheduled a vaginal microdermabrasion with her for 4 days after. Let's just say my skin there is looking and feeling beautifully smooth! I loved the girls here so much. The place is really clean. They were extremely attentive and gave me recommendations for places to eat and get my nails done. I totally recommend it!

When I arrived, I was told I couldn't receive the service through ClassPass because they offer a first-time client special and that I would need to pay $65 directly through the studio instead. I understand wanting clients to take advantage of a promotional offer, but if a service isn't actually available to be booked through ClassPass, it shouldn't be listed there. At the very least, alternative services that qualify should be offered. What frustrated me most was the response from the front desk. Instead of trying to find a solution, I was essentially told that my ClassPass credits didn't matter and that my only option was to pay out of pocket. As someone who pays for a ClassPass membership, that wasn't an acceptable answer. The issue wasn't the price. It was the lack of transparency and customer service. A little effort to accommodate the customer would have gone a long way.
